Nice hotel, nice and very clean room, very frendly stuff, good location There was no WiFi connection in mu room. I was on the bussines trip and internet access is esential for me. WiFi was available in the lobby, but this is not convenient.

The hotel was really comfortable and the price was reasonable. Also the access from the hotel to the world famous Postojna Cave is very easy (10 minutes by walk) The reception staff is very interesting. There is a young lady trying to solve all our problems. However another colleague of her is not aware of the city in which he lives.He couldn't find us a cab to take us to the Predjamska. He told us that there was only one cab in Postojna. So we had to go the tourist information center located just across the square and we easily found one.

The room was very good impressed with the size, the bed was very comfortable not enough toiletries only one sachets of shower gel for 2 of us and the sofa bed was made up even though we'd booked a double and didn't need the exta bed. The choice of English tv channels on the tv was good. It was a shame that there was no restaurant in the hotel so we had to go out and find one which we did easily and had a nice meal. The breakfast in the morning was adequate that is about all not very well organised but ok.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel has nice amenities which is greatly appreciated after driving for several hours. For a taste of authentic Slovenian food, eat at Spajza's Gostilna which is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The food and service were excellent!

Hello - I would like to inform you that due to lack of time, I never answer your questions, although you see from your records that I book through your booking.com service almost every week, travelling for business all over Europe. This time I take the time to confirm that the lady at the reception during my stay did her utmost best to help me (I had problems with the room, no wi-fi connection....) - I want to congratulate her for her positive and constructive attitude and would appreciate if you could tell her she that for a demanding customer like me, she was "excellent" . Thanks again - if ever in the nearness again, I'll definitively book again in Hotel Kras thanks to her.

Tamelijk nieuw hotel, alles ziet er goed uit. Ruime kamer. Zeer ruime ondergrondse garage, wel met kosten: € 10 per dag. De kok bereidt voor het ontbijt speciaal gebakken eieren. Is een Hotel Garni met een bijzonder mager ontbijt. Geen restaurant. Koude kamer; airco functioneerde niet. Minibar zonder bier....

Заезжали посмотреть постойнску яму, останавливались в этом отеле, видимо самый лучший в городе, подземный паркинг, от пещеры 1 км, ходили пешком - оставив машину на паркинге, номер вполне, все удобства, тихо. Для ночевки вполне даже подошел. Завтрак совсем "скудный", небольшой столик в барной зоне.

La modernità Riscaldamento a manetta. La colazione a buffet non è all'altezza delle aspettative per un 4 stelle ed inoltre, fungendo anche da Bar, si condivide la stessa sala con I clienti del paese. Situazione poco intima.

Prostrane sobe, dobro opremljene. Osoblje vrlo korektno.Lokacija odgovara poseti Postojnskoj jami i Predjamskom gradu. Za putnike iz Srbije odlična stanica na putu za skijanje u Sloveniji ili Italiji. Treći krevet (u dnevnoj sobi) vrlo neudoban.

Camere ampie, moderne e confortevoli.Colazione servita in un bar aperto al pubblico ma gradevole.Parcheggio nel garage dell'hotel, comodo ma a pagamento. Posizione centralissima per raggiungere a piedi le grotte. Benche' sia un 4 stelle non offre altro servizio che il bar.

המיקום בעיר פוסטוניה מאד חשוב וטוב המלון נחמד והחדר המשפחתי נחמד מאד אבל ראה הערות מטה.. ארוחת הבוקר דלה, לא היה חימום בחדר ודי היה לנו קר למרות בקשות לחמם, לא היה WIFI בחדר כפי שהבטיחו שכן שהינו בקומה 5.
