View from hotel room Towel rack too high for me to reach. The shower cubicle was so small my husband would not have been able to use it. No shelf in bathoom to put toiletries on. No tea or coffee making facilities in room |

Fint hotell, bra läge, god frukost, trevlig personal. Väldigt fin badavdelning Vi åkte med ett barn på 8 år. Hon fick betala 70% av vuxenpriset för att bo i vårt rum. Detta känns onödigt dyrt och kanske skrämmer bort barnfamiljer. |

Der Wellnessbereich war ausgezeichnet, sehr sauber, ständig ein Bademeister anwesend und nicht überfüllt. Zimmer und Badezimmer waren ebenfalls sehr sauber, modern und komfortabel. Erfreulich war, dass wir das Zimmer sofort beziehen konnten, obwohl wir bereits um 8 Uhr morgens ankamen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr höflich und übermittelte alle Informationen, die wir erfragten. Das Poolrestaurant hatte eine sehr dürftige Auswahl an Speisen und war nur sporadisch besetzt. Die Speisen waren generell sehr deftig und eher nicht nach modernen sondern nach traditionellen Richtlinien zubereitet. |

Die Möglichkeiten zur wellness im Hause und die ungezwungene Atmosphäre Die sterile Anordnung der Tische im Speisesaal. Sieht aus wie in der Schule und könnte auf einfache Weise stark verbessert werden! |

Vicinanza alle piste da sci. Gentilezza del personale del ristorante e ampia scelta di menu. Troppa confusione e chiasso sui pianerottoli accanto alle camere. Essendo l' albergo a pochi chilometri dal confine, pensavo che almeno alla reception la lingua italiana fosse conosciuta. Sbagliavo. Troppo chiasso in piscina. per comunicare fra due persone bisogna urlare. |

la posizione vicinissima alle piste sci, Le piscine Non sapevo che ci fosse un Casino' nello scantinato- e' un posto" pericolosissimo" penso che dovrebbe essere avisata la clientela alla prenotazione. Il pernottamento potrebbe costare molto di piu' del previsto... |
