Pension Lectar  

Vi fant lett fram til hotellet og det var ledig plass å parkere bilen ca. 100 m fra hotellet. Selve hotellet er en del av middelalderbebyggelsen på torget i landsbyen og det er lite biltrafikk da torget er en slags gågate. Betjeningen hjalp oss å komme på plass. Rommene er ikke "standard" størrelse da bygningen er gammel, men de er oppusset og innredningen er ny. I vårt rom var det en stor flatskjerm, kjøleskap, sittegruppe o.l. Restauranten var "dyr" til å være Øst-Europa, men maten var bra og vi hadde live musikk. Bra! Neste gang så blir vi der lenger for å se mer av stedet.

Trenger du å parkere ved døren er ikke dette hotellet for deg, men du kan kjøre frem til inngangen for å laste. Heller ikke er det heis, så dette er ikke stedet for rullestoler.

The owner is very nice and kind. We spent new year eve there. The hotel arranged for the food after new year countdown. Very kind.

Absolutely a very good hotel. Very characteristic with a good service. I strongly suggest.

The price is right....the restaurant is very good.....a great stay as always.

Fresh local produce in the breakfast, charming rooms, very ncie reception lady Meta, super location in the old town of Radovici.

The restaurant was under-staffed causing long delays between courses...and a waitress actually took 1 of our orders then turned away abruptly when someone else walked by, making us ait for 5 minutes then returning to continue. We had warned her that we needed to attend a concert at 8pm. Our main course was served at 7.40 which was stress for us to eat...and no time for coffee.

We stayed in the Pension Lectar 3 nights and was impressed by the great atmosphere, extremely customer oriented staff, beautiful location. The hotel is perfectly designed combining the old style with the modern comfort. The rooms are comfortable, furnished with a great taste. The location is very convenient in the middle of the small old town with the beautiful view to the village. The breakfast quality was very good, while we especially enjoyed the dinners in the restaurant. The food was very tasty, prices reasonable and atmosphere very romantic. We'd definitely stay in Pension Lectar again

Has to be some the best food we have eaten in our entire lives , no exaggeration , from presentation , creativity , quality of ingredients (mainly local sourced , natural/organic)Even with the big meat menu our vegetarian demands were catered to exquisitivly , the owner of this family run hotel has a heartfelt refreshing passion for food that is very rare

We loved the historical hotel and the gingerbread museum in the basement. Our room was beautiful with real antiques and the real deal -- 500 years old. Very few people were there so we had a huge entire balcony to ourselves. It is located in a quaint small, old town which doesn't take very long to visit but it is interesting. Lake Bled is about 10 km away so it is very convenient to that,too. The staff was exceptional and could not have done more for us. We had a dog with us and this was no problem whatsoever. They basically treated us like royalty. They went out of her way in several different ways to make our visit even more perfect. This was a very wonderful, impressive experience and we loved every minute of it. If we are ever back in that area can we will most definitely stay here. These people really care about you and are extremely kind and good.

Because the hotel is so old they are are some stairs involved but this is not a problem for most people. Actually, this is part of what makes it all so beautiful and unique.

Very welcoming, family run hotel. A unique 500 year old heritage but well renovated, comfortable with great food. Centrally located for exploration of the village and surrounding countryside.

We had a very nice room and the staff were very helpful and communicated well in English. The location ont he town square was ideal. It was a great value as well.
