Excellent restaurant with nice modern design at reception they didn't recognize my reservation wtih booking.com price of 130€, insted of that they wanted to charge 157€. After I show my mail they change to 130€ |

close to city centre is its only advantage furnitures are very poor for 5 star hotel every morning we were awake at 7.30am by drilling in the walls and hammering by builders .bulbs burned were not replaced althouh requested by us 3times in 24 hours |

The rooms had been updated and the hotel staff were very accomodating. Having a good fitness facility is important to me and the current equipment could use an upgrade |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices were vast and tasty. The location was quite close to everything. The rooms were unusally large and clean with a reasonable view of the castle and the amenities were great. Value for money was excellent. |

great location, modern and very clean and comfort rooms (we were upgraded to a room in a new floor) breakfast was the best in our trip (we stayed at 7 difrent hotels in slovenya). staff were very helpful and kind. we wanted to stay 1 more night but there was no room free. realy exellent hotel the extra money charge for the parking |

It was a good value for the money. The staff was very attentive and friendly.The receptionists very helpful and spoke excellent English. Slovenian boys are cute. Not comfortable walking distance to centre. The noise from the casino crowd all over the lobby. The bar area cosy but too small. |

The location is excellent, close but not too close to the commercial old town. The coffee was undrinkable. Had to pay extra for an espresso. |

The staff were extreemely helpful, friendly courteous and knowledgable. The breakfast was excellent. Rooms are a little dated decor wise. There was no safe in the room. |

the staff was extremely kind and helpful. the hotel is a short distance from the train station, which was very convenient for me since i had quite a heavy luggage to carry. At the same time, it was short distance from the centre. The room were sufficiently confortable, but they are obviously very outdated. Breakfast had quite a range of products, but not all of them seemed fresh and/or appealing. It's below the 5stars standard they claim. Other drinks, such as cappuccino, are separetely charged. I don't think this is fair for a 5 star hotel.The room miss a fresh 'aura' and the mattress was not very confortable. |

Newspapers available; free access to internet; within walking distance to the center of town, at the same time easy access to the motorways. Friendly, very helpful staff. Parking is expensive. One staff member not recognizing me as a guest in the hotel and interrogating me about parking my car on the hotel premises. |
