The breakfast was great Yes, the fact that when i bookednthe room I was informed the price was going to be 230 EUR but when I checked out they charged me 300 EUR without giving a reason for it. Another bad thing was that 2 lightbulbs were out in my room |

The hotel is quite excellent! The staff are friendly but businesslike, my room was spotlessly clean and well equipped, the breakfasts are excellent, and although it is probably aimed at business people, the hotel works well for families and is ideal for a city trip to Ljubljana. a very minor criticism is that when busy there is a slight shortage of space for breakfast. |

The size of the room was brilliant, and it was very comfortable with a lovely bathroom. There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but I think this is a Slovenian thing as there wasn't in another hotel we stayed in either. |

The young staff on the reception desk and the staff at the breakfast was very friendly. Pity only that some persons can decrease the value of the whole staff. the staff of the reservation department should know the difference between a coffee machine for filter coffee and a simple water boiler. |

Location was great, and it was a good hotel for what it cost. Overall high standard. The hotel has no facilities, excluding some for business functions. The shower in the room was horrible (but I didn't bother complaining about it). |

Good location and near the city center. Good breakfast but that is what someones should expect from a 5 star hotel. Nothing really. Even though this is a 5 star hotel I've been to other 5 star hotels which are far much better. The 5 star category is wide..... |

Front desk staff on the whole were very helpful While the 2 rooms I stayed in were perfectly adequate, at the rates charged one would expect something more than a business hotel - ie. more luxurious, better fitted out and with more attention paid to detail. |
