מלון מצוין ומצדיק את חמשת הכוכבים שלו. חדרים קצת קטנים אך יפים, קיבלנו חדר עם דלת מקשרת לילדים כפי שביקשנו ואפילו שלחו עודה ליום ההולדת.

The proximity to the centre of City.

Thought parking charges excessive. 14 euros per day

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They even organised a meeting room for us at very short notice. We will certainly go back there.

The hotel was perfectly located for us, being a short walk from the railway station and also an easy walk from the centre of the Old Town. Our room was comfortable with adequate space. Reception staff were helpful and gave clear directions in answer to our questions about sight-seeing.

Excellent for what it is and for the price. I wouldn't call it a 5 star but it is a great 4 star hotel.

Wifi is not strong but free

It should not classified as 5 star hotel.

The hotel is easy to find when arriving by car, had a small but sufficient parking garage for not too big cars, and is just a short walk away from the center. And for foreign travelers, all the Ljubljana people I met spoke English quite well making this an excellent goal for short trips, international meetings, etc.

I was on a family vacation for 10 days and we were in both Croatia and Slovenia and this was by far the best 2 nights of my trip. It was so nice to have such comfortable accomadations after all the traveling we did. It was so close to the center of the city, only about a 5 minute walk. The staff were awesome. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend this hotel:)

excellent breakfast buffet-the best i have ever seen in any hotel so far,we enjoyed a lot. However painting inside room was too old-we acn see signs from the old paint....rooms are not large enough for 5 star hotel,maybe for 4 stars

Safe underground parking. Good location & easy to get to. Good breakfast.

Safe not big enough for a laptop. Huge crack in our window. Ridiculously overpriced.

I received a complimentary upgrade to a superior room which was very nicely decorated in a modern design, was large and roomy with a good desk area. The location is fairly close to Old Town with all the shops and restaurants. Hotel staff couldn't have been more frindly and hepful.
