Good location and near the city center. Good breakfast but that is what someones should expect from a 5 star hotel.

Nothing really. Even though this is a 5 star hotel I've been to other 5 star hotels which are far much better. The 5 star category is wide.....

Front desk staff on the whole were very helpful

While the 2 rooms I stayed in were perfectly adequate, at the rates charged one would expect something more than a business hotel - ie. more luxurious, better fitted out and with more attention paid to detail.
