It is situated in the city centre and everything is near by. Having room with sea view was also romantic experiance. Very unpolite lady on reception desk. Although they're promissing parking place => everything was full. So you need to park 500m away from the hotel. Quite unsuitable. |

I think that all things are perfect in Life Class Hotel: breakfast, rooms, Wellness centre and the central position in the city. If you are planning to stay in Portoroz for a few days this hotel will be the best choice. During a short holidays (for exampe 1st of may) it is better to book massage just before your arrival in hotel, due to could be complicated to make a reservation after that. |

Very good central location. This hotel suposed to be a 5 star but unfortunally 2 stars are missing. The whole complex still got the very socialism smell. Better you spend some more money and go to Kempinski ! |

La struttura delle terme, la temperatura delle camere e degli ambienti, la cucina tipica. L'impossibilità di passare dalla zona piscine a quella delle saune e viceversa, più volte nell'arco delle quattro ore. |

Schönes, großes Zimmer. Gute Lage, Schöne Aussicht Nur Instant Kaffee beim Frühstück, das sollte bei einem Hotel in dieser Preisklasse nicht vorkommen!!! Das Essen im Restaurant ist nur mittelmäßig. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr laut. Das Animationsprogram wurde durch schmerzhaft laute Musik begleitet. Sauna ist sogar extra zu bezahlen. |

L'albergo è bello, la stanza molto spaziosa. La colazione a buffet è ricchissima Il rapporto qualità/prezzo non è soddisfacente, la quota comprende pernottamento, prima colazione e accesso alle terme, ma non alle saune. L'acqua termale è un po' fredda. Chi ha delle difficoltà motorie è praticamente impossibilitato ad accedere alle piscine perché ci sono molti gradini |

Jó helyen van, könnyen megközelíthető. Saját parkolója van. A szokásos. tengerre néző szobát foglaltunk. Oda is nézett, de fák takarták el. Reggel szó nélkül átcserélték. A reggeli finom volt, de mindig ugyan az. |

Gute Lage Das Hotel setzt sich aus vielen verschiedenen Hotels zusammen und auf der Buchung ist nicht ersichtlich in welchem Hotel man untergebracht ist, der Hoteleingang war sehr schwer zu finden. Parkplätze sind sehr knapp! Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind unfreundlich, gegrüßt wird man praktisch nie! |

Hotelzimmer (Größe, Sauberkeit), Nähe zum Strand & Zentrum, Parkplatzmöglichkeit, mit Kinderwagen alles leicht erreichbar, Ausblick vom Zimmer, angenehmes Klima im Hotel (nicht zu heiss bzw. zu kalt) Mitarbeiterinnern im Frühstücksservice (ältere Dame mit kinnlangen Haaren) & Rezeption (vorallem die blonde Dame mit etwas längerem Haar): keine Begrüßung, kein Lächeln, man hat den Eindruck, dass man unerwünscht ist!! Preise könnten (allerdings in ganz Portoroz) etwas niedriger sein. extrem hoher Aufpreis für Parkplatz und Strandliegen inkl. Schirm für zwei Personen (EUR 18.--!!!) |

L'organizzazione, composta da sei strutture alberghiere, è perfettamente collegata con il centro benessere! Peccato che nella prenotazione non è specificato che in quale dei 6 alberghi alloggi e purtroppo ci è capitato l'hotel più lontano. A mio avviso l'Hotel Mirna è quello più "fuori mano" rispetto al lungomare e ai vari centri termali. Infatti per andare ai Centro Bemessere devi attraversare 2 hotel (collegati da corridoi) e prendere 4 ascensori. |

costo elevato per il servizio dato non cè portieria al neptuno devi passare per un altro albergo per entrare ti levano gli accappatoi il primo giorno se non li usi e teli fanno pagare come noleggio colazione scarsa e con poca varietà nella frutta (2 mele e del cocomero buttato in un vassoio.Ti fanno pagare il garage per la moto e te lo dicono solo al momento di pagare. |
