Reception staff: poor knowledge, less helpful, poor offers of extra activities (no special concierge). The
poor lighting in the lobby during daytime makes it look scary, same goes for the lifts. Dim lights in hotel room as well. No one cleaned the ventilators in lifts and room for ages.
Wifi works well, but requires a different code for each device - seems strange not to offer it with a single easy password for all in the vicinity.
One must pay extra for a bath robe...
Hotel seems to be run as a 3 star service, with otherwise exceptional service in the restaurant.
Restaurant staff: not from this world, would deserve 5 stars, spot trouble before they happen. Immaculately clean
