LifeClass Resort Hotels

An easy but efficient atmosphere despite being full of visitors. Pleasant staff and kind and helpful front of house people.

A bit too noisy during the night - on can hear showering from other rooms ets, noise from a heating system was disturbing, missing paper napkins in the bathroom.

The situation of the hotel was perfect, the room was clean, safe and quiet and the breakfast was really good. Swimming pools and terrace were wonderful and the staff was kind and helpful. I do recommend this hotel.

No internet connection in the rooms. Difficoult to find the right hotel because lifeclass resort is a company that has 6 hotels in Portoroz so I try to find the right hotel ( nobody could help me...) and I lose 40 minutes...

It's situeted in the centre of the town with lots of bars and shops near by, close to the beach and many walking possibilities alonge the coast.

The pool was close on the last day of my stay, noone warn me about it.

I am not an pretentious guest, so I have good expirience with the hotel. I saw many of them worldwide so it's comparable to competitors. The price vs. confort is OK. But there is alwys but....

.....I can't imagine that your hotell do not support the internet acces from the room (kind of wireless or wired it can be...). Today is the web acces MUST and not add value, because we all work after we finished with the summits or conferencess...And Portorož is a core slovenian kongress area so it's unacceptable to not provide the access.

I found only two benefits for the hotel we stayed; the location and view to the sea. As it was mentioned from other participants, the hotel has a very good wellness center but I dinn't afford it.

essendo una amante dei servizi termali, ho apprezzato la facilita' di accesso alla zona trattamenti, così come nel contesto generale l'accesso alle piscine, per altro belle, così come è molto bello e valido il centro THAI.

ritengo che i prezzi applicati x le camere siano eccessivi, in rapporto alla tipologia delle camere offerte, così come la prima colazione è piuttosto ordinaria. La mia scelta infatti è condizionata sopratutto, come specificavo prima, al facile accesso a tutte le attività welness e spa, che propongono.

Absolut gar nichts , außer das ich nach einer Nacht auschecken konnte !

Ziemlich alles , aber besonders das beim Ankommen sich keiner ums Gepäck kümmert , man den Bademantel ,das Handtuch und die Schlappen nicht nur selbst bezahlen muß sondern auch selber holen muß , einen Espresso zum Frühstück zahlen muß , die Dusche einem auf dem Kopf fällt während man bis zu den Knöcheln im Wasser steht (verstopft) . Und in der Minibar sind alle Getränke abgelaufen.
