Very good dinner. Friendly staff. Good value for money.

You have to pay 9 euro/per person for sauna, which is not so nice. Also 2 euro for slippers and 6 euro for bathrobe.

Perfect Hotel for a Relax and Comfort Weekend. Clean, Good Food and located in front of Sea and next to the Casino Riviera.

Excellent location,swimming pools and breakfast

The room was too small and we have to pay for the bathrobes

Excellent apartment, facilities (swimming pool, wellness, etc.), location. Maria, the manager of the hotel restaurant was especially helpfull in extending excellent services. Sales personell also extended excellent services. Reception personell needed some convincing initially, but also extended excellent services.

Good value hotel although I think it's a little 'tired' and would not match up to 4 Star hotels. It would be an excellent 3 star hotel. The added fscilities like the spa (excellent) I guess contribute to the 4 star rating.

The noise from across the street is excessive and spoils the hotel experience. It would be better if hotel management could speak with the club management and the local authorities to try and control that. For example, there was a guy playing a trumpet (!) across the road outside a club at 2 am one night/morning and other people playing in a fountain at 3am another. If Lifeclass and Portoroz are aiming for a backpacker/clubber type guest then fine, but that's not the image nor the marketing it uses at the moment.

We were there to celebrate our third wedding anniversary and the hotel surprised us with a beautifully arranged rose, a bottle of brillant wine and a plate full of pralinés. Everyone was very friendly and no matter what language you speak, the staff will do as well... :-)

The breakfast was excellent

Zelo prijazno osebje, odlična hrana. Bazen v hotelu zelo lepo urejen, prav tako terasa. Všeč mi je bil tudi nekoliko oddaljen fitnes in terme. Hotel se nahaja ob plaži in v središču vsega dogajanja.

Wir wollten ein paar erholsame Urlaubstage verbringen, was aber leider durch eine starke Lärmbelästigung (durchgehendes Schremmen und Schleifen) im Haus und auch rund um die Anlage nicht möglich war. Auch nach unserer Reklamation an der Rezeption wurde nichts unternommen. Wir hörten auch nie ein freundliches Guten Morgen von den Servicemitarbeitern und die Sauberkeit im Bad wurde auch erst durch Aufforderung nachgebessert. Schade...

Frühstück war sehr ansprechen

Familienzimmer wurde gebucht; trotz schlechter Buchungslage kein Meerblick; das zweite Bett war nur eine Ausziehcouch dicht am Balkonfenster; dieses Balkonfenster lies sich dadurch nur einen Spalt öffnen.

Mir hat bei der Buchung definitiv ein Angeot mit Halbpension gefehlt!!!

Leider hatten wir zwar Meerblick aber keinen Balkon!

Bisogna uscire fuori per fare le terme e non vi è tanto spazio x il sole, le camere poco spaziose sopratutto per chi ha bambini che alle 21 vanno a letto e I genitori non hanno uno spazio in camera x la lettura.
