Facilities such as pool and spa are good despite paying €280 for one roofor one night, we were assigned a poor room. Also restauraunt manager service attitude was appalling, he should apply for a job in the police, Embarrasing for me and my guests who I also invited and paid for to stay at hotel.Service levels poor, certainly nowhere near 5 star. Have stayed in this hotel 5 times just the prices are 5 star, |

Die Mitarbeiter waren besonders nett und höflich - der Wellnessbereich war angenehm ruhig und daher sehr erholsam - einfach herrlich! Es war alles absolut in Ordnung - keine negativen Eindrücke vorhanden! |

Struttura moderna, arredata con gusto, ottimi servizi, pulizia, cucina ottima quella dell'albergo eccellente quella del ristorante alla carta. Ottime le piscine, buono il centro estetico, personale preparato e disponibile, e comme chicca, tutte le stanze con la Iacuzzi nella quale si può scegliere fra acqua normale ed acqua direttamente dalle terme! herrliches Wasser,schöne Saunalandschaft,nettes Personal,sauberes Zimmer,wunderbares Frühstücksbuffet,sehr gute Massagen,Wärme,ruhige Umgebung das Plätschern des Wassers ist im Innenpool zu laut,Duschen im Badezimmer (Badewanne mit schwarzem Wasser)ist fast nicht möglich,spritzt!!!!!!! |

atmosfera rilassata, non eccessivo affollamento, cura nel servizio e discreta gentilezza del personale con qualcuno che si arrangia con l'italiano forse caldo eccessivo nei corridoi delle camere. Sarebbero utili indicazioni stradali di uscita dall'autostrada per l'hotel |

Das Hotel, das Ambiente,Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit, das gute Essen sowohl in quantitativer als auch in qualitativer Hinsicht, die großen ruhigen und sauberen Zimmer mit Balkon, das unaufdringliche und freundliche Personal, die unkomlizierte Zimmerbestellung und Bestätigung Am Sonntag war großer Abreisetag, daher waren wenige Gäste im Hotel, dadurch entfiel leider das Vorspeisenbufet |
