Everywhere was clean, staff helpful, food ok but boring same each day! We were not aware rooms were away from dining area or that pool closed mid September so nothing at all to do at hotel. The reason we selected this hotel was because it had jacuzzi etc and somewhere to sit and relax! |

The tiny room was clean and tidy and the staff were pleasant, but for 60 Euros I expected a bit more out of the Ljubljana Resort. |

The pools were nice but are also open to the public for a fee. This is not a private hotel pool. This is not a "Resort" Hotel, it is a camp ground with a Motel located on the property. The staff was not nice and they failed to notify us that the parking area by the motel is closed after 11 pm. So if you arrive back after 11 you have to park in another public parking lot in the front of the facility and the hotel is in the back of the facility. The room was dumpy and we were told we would have to pay extra for air conditioning. Overall we were extremely disappointed with the claim on booking.com that this was a Resort. |

The family ambiance with access to swimming pool and restaurant. Ljubljana Resort is neither a resort nor a hotel. A better description is HOLIDAY CLUB. Like most holiday clubs, it offers pool, camping facilities, mobile homes or bungalows and rooms for rent. You may want to correct your description to avoid false expectations, such as was our case when we arrived and were disappointed. Nevertheless, our final experience was good (in spite of the load music on Saturday night). |

It's proximity to the great swimming pool which is fantastic for the children, it's fairly easy to get to the city centre with the bus. The mould on the bathroom ceiling was unsightly, the resort's playground needs some tlc (tenter loving care)...it looks abandoned and sad! |

Laguna Resort provided a day of swimming for my daughter which she thourghly enjoyed. Breakfast was poor. The room was very clean. The Laguna Resort is a massive bonus to the facilities. In relation to recommending the hotel, I would recommend it to people who would avail of the Laguna Resort. As a hotel without this facility it has little benefit apart from a quick stop over to visit the city centre before travelling onto the next Slovenia detination. |

The hotel is well-situated to the main roads running through and past Ljubljana. The hotel rooms are typical pre-1989 socialist design with very little in the way of comfort for the Western European/North American traveler used to much higher standards of comfort. The rooms are noisy, stuffy and furnished much as an Army barracks with a midget-sized TV and depressing location behind a RV park/caravan parking area. In short: if you are a weary traveler looking just for place to lay your head - I'd say if you have no other choice, this will do. If you have any money, time, and taste, try somewhere else. |

Well, that was th second time I was staying at the Ljubljana Resort. That says it all!! I cam back so I was satisfied. This time though I have seen the swimming pools open. It was nice there even to swim or to enjoy a cocktail or whatever in a "noisy" way. You know it before it is crowded so it was a good choice for "noisy" drink. I did like everything! Well, a day we were almost run out of toilet paper!! Minor!!!! |

Ideal for those who do not like big city hotels and prefer the camping atmosphere while having the comfort of a hotel room. Nice little terrace in front of the room, easy to go to the center by bus. Countryside feeling, but near to the city. - Very friendly reception staff. A coffee machine or something to boil water for the guests inside the room would have been great. |

The traditional food in the restaurant. Didn't realise it was mostly for tourers and camping. I was given the wrong information on the shuttle bus so we went from the airport by coach. Happy about the way it was resolved and the fare was refunded. |
