Erityisesti parkkitalo, ja sieltä helppo sisäänkäynti hotelliin, internet yhteys,hyvä palvelu ja aamiainen, hyvä bussiyhteys kaupunkiin ja lisäksi hotellin oma shuttle toimi erinomaisesti. |

Kuljetukset hotellista keskikaupungille ja lentokentälle toimivat hyvin. 1. Ensimmäisenä aamuna aiheeton, toistuva ja voimistuva evakuointikehotus, jonka peruutus ei ulottunut meidän kerrokseemme. Henkilökunta ei pahoitellut. Ahdistava kokemus. 2. Viimeisenä aamuna tarjoiluhenkilökunta riiteli kiivaasti vieraista välittämättä. 3. Hotelli edellytti siivoukselle vakioaikoja, vaikka kysymyksessä oli vapaaohjelmainen turistimatka. Asiasta päästiin kyllä yksimielisyyteen. |

Helpot yhteydet keskustaan kunnallisella bussilla ja hotellin taksikuljetus ok. Saisivat lukea varaustilaukset paremmin. Huone oli tilattu 3:lle henkilölle ja se oli mainittu tilauksessa. Vastaanotossa kuitenkin oletettiin meitä tulevan vain 2 henkeä. Lisävuode järjestyi kyllä papereitten lukemisen jälkeen. |

Among other things, main impression is: front desk service is quick and precise, with excellent staff, garage is wide with fair connection with the hotel, bathroom is very nice designed. Small room closet, no place to leave the wardrobe, mini bar could offer more choice. |

I stayed for the second time in the hotel - it has good service, nice modern rooms, close to highway and if you are with the car the center is also close - 10 minutes. I would appriciate if the hotel has the special price for the parking as I find it very Expensive comparing to the room price. |

clean, modern facilities We were very excited about the facilities which included sauna, spa and turkish baths but the use of these was extremely costly (35 euro per person for 180 minutes) Other hotels offered the use of some facilities as a courtesy for the guests. Location also far from downtown. |

Everything was excellent. Room spotless, staff courteous and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. Dinner was included in our deal. However on one night we were offered no choice and the main course was just pasta, which we didnt think was good at all. We only dined at the hotel on two out of four nights. |

Our experience in Austria Trend hotel was nothing but excellent. Rooms are very clean, quit and specious.No remarks at all. Breakfast was great and it offered everything. The bell boy should be able to park your car for you. It will be very well coming and appropriate. |

Very nice room and good breakfast. Nice modern design.Friendly and helpfull staff. Price a bit high for Slovenia. dining room a bit desolate and pretty expensive for food offered. Lack of direct parkingfor hotel guests. Casino guests however are allowed to park in the front. Parking lot behind hotel expensive and not easy to reach. |

Large and very clean room. Breakfast was good. The parking area is near the hotel. We came across a big group of casino tourists at dinner time so that we had to have dinner in a smaller room. |
