Location down the street from the soccer stadium. I have been to Ljubljana off and on for the last 5+ years and sadly feel that the hospitality not only at hotels but in the city in general has started to fade. The hotel staff were bland at best to completely rude. My wife and I felt nothing but open contempt when we tried to use the spa facilities at the appointed time of 1000 am and were told we would have to go back up to our room and change into our bathrobes and slippers and than head back down 7 floors wearing them. This was completely unacceptable, the spa service needs to have them there ready instead. This all happen after we spent additonal money to upgrade our room so that spa service was included.

As already stated we found the hotel and staff excellent very comfortable and spacious easy access to shops restaurants and the hotel b/fast was of a good standard if we went back to ljubljana or any where else that you have austria trend hotel we would book them again when we do go backto vienna we will stay at one of your hotels for sure because the hotel we stayed at in vienna which was a 4 star left a lot to be desired with regards to both size and lack of interest from the hotel staff without breakfast and a small room was much more expensive and yours so once again thank you for wonderfull accomadation and service was excellent

Looks quiet. It is very convenient to purchase Urbana card directly at the hotel. Taxi booked directly from the hotel to airport has a better price than from the airport to the city. Unfortunately there is one person at the receiption at the evening. When there are a lot of people arriving at the same time, you migh wait longer.

The staff was very professional and accommodating. The room was extremely clean. There was also a great pizza pub across the street from the hotel. I would stay again.

The rooms are trendy and a good size, very comfortable. Good location if you're stopping for overnight, exit straight on to the motorway. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is advertised on booking.com as having a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. Even though we stayed there in July, there was no swimming pool. Children are not allowed into the wellness area which should be highlighted on the website. I was not told about this at reception and only found out when I went downstairs to check the wellness area out.

It's the best business hotel in Ljubljana; rooms are clean, large and very comfortable (I had a suite executive) with free wifi and breakfast included. Hotel staff is nice and helpful. Highgly recommended. When I arrived I had the heating system turned on at max.. And outside there were 26°! No chance to move it from winter to summer, so I had to sleep with windows open (on 7th floor).

Suite executive stupenda. Molto spaziosa e ben curata nei dettagli. La posizione dell'hotel non è perfetta per visitare la città ma con 4 minuti di taxi si arriva in centro. C'è anche il servizio navetta ma non abbiamo pututo usufruirne. Unico neo il pargheggio dell'auto a pagamento. 20€ per un weekend.

Preis/Leistung, Zimmergrösse und Komfort. Kostenloses, sehr gut funktionierendes wireless Internet. Die Abendspeisekarte im Restaurant könnte etwas umgestaltet oder ergänzt werden für allein reisende Geschäftsleute. Die Barstühle an der Hotel-Bar sind etwas tief, sofern man noch einen Snack essen möchte. Meine Körpergrösse ist ca. 174 cm.

L'emplacement, la proporeté et la qualité des chambres La réception d'un employé concernant le parking se trouvant juste devant l'hôtel. C'est limite!! A peine la barrière ouverte, impossible de se garer le soir même si des places sont disponbiles, obligation d'aller au parking de l'hôtel et payer!!!! Les petits déjeuner sont vraiment très nuls !!!! Pas de viennoiserie de qualité, choix limité!! Très très décevant, c'est le seul point négatif de l'hôté, j'étais vraiment deçu et le mot est gentil !!!

schönes Hotel. Bequem. Kinder sind in Wellnessbereich nicht erlaubt aber man erfährt es erst wenn man vor die Tür steht. Grösse Enttäuschung für alle aber noch grösser für die Kinder.

Camera davvero molto ampia, sembra quasi una suite, con salotto, scrivania, vano armadi, ampio bagno e buon design. Struttura albergo molto buona . posizione ben raggiungibile , non centrale, wifi gratis, ottimo staff (alcune persone parlano anche italiano) molto professionale La camera aveva tre letti come richiesto ma il terzo (ricavato da un divano) andava bene per una persona alta non piu' di 1.60. non c'e' piu' l'ottimo casino' di due anni fa, la chiave elettronica della camera e' stata disponibile un ora dopo il check in

bogat, s sadjem zajtrk, vecerja je bila okusna, specialno TV ima katastroficno kvaliteto; to ni za hotel kjer je special offer soba po 160 €priziganje luci je kot vesoljska zgodba, nikoli ne ves ali pritisnes pravi gumb ali tistega za odklop vsega, nekateri celo ne delajo, klima, zracenje prakticno nima efekta, ena kljuka na oknu je manjkala da je bilo okno zabito, se dobro da smo drugega lahko odprliprihod iz garaze v hotel je ... ko si tam 3x ti je ze jasno, da prvic najdes ni sanse; nujne oznake po tlehnocna parkirnina bi lahko bila v ceni vsteta

Sehr freundliches Personal, besonders am Empfang! Das Doppelzimmer war geräumig und gepflegt, das Restaurant hat am Tag bis 23.00 Uhr durchgehend geöffnet.
