The hotel is perfectly situated in the center of Portoroz. There is a supermarket, activities for kids, restaurants and a pool area close to the hotel. The staff of the hotel is, like many other Slovenians, very helpful, correct and kind. For instance I was able to cancel one night without any extra fee. Its a real pity that the hotel dont have wifi in the rooms. The lobby gets very crowded sometimes by geust trying to use the wifi

Das Badezimmer sowie die Einrichtung ist schön. Der Pool mit denLiegen, wunderbar. Die Terrasse, sehr gemütlich. Frühstückräume auch sehr schön. Der Teppichboden war sehr verschmutzt, direkt unappetitlich. Die Matratzen sind ungemütlich, vor allem die 12 cm Kluft in der Mitte!! Wurst beim Frühstück für meinen Geschmack zu dick geschnitten.

Postrezba zjutraj Postrezba zvecer Hitri Hisni servis za popravila Tepih v celi sobi St. 403 zelo zamazan,gost se pocuti kot da je nekje na kmetih. Posteljni vlozki zelo stari nimajo nobene kvalitete. Gost se tu ne more odpociti.Zelo slaba ocena za Hotel Lucija kar se tice postelje.

La posizione e le piscine. Avrei preferito più chiarezza da parte del personale nella descrizione dei servizi, in particolare la segnalazione del parcheggio gratuito accanto all'hotel e l'utilizzo delle biciclette.

l'hotel si attesta nella qualifica di "buono". tutto è rapportato alla struttura, personale di buoni requisiti in genere, si presenta bene. il servizio di portineria è ottimo, meglio dell'hotel ROZA dove ho soggiornato parecchie volte. il controllo notturno alla reception OTTIMO, complimenti al portiere che alle 3,00 di notte al ritorno dal casinò mi ha chiesto i documenti per l'accesso alla camera. dal garage non è facilmente individuabile l'accesso per il rientro in hotel.

La cosa che mi è piaciuta di piu' è stata la disponibilita' e la cordialita' del personale, ed i servizi che offre l'hotel con un rapporto qualita' prezzo niente male. Un posto adatto alle famiglie con bambini , come i miei che gli piace tanto stare in piscina , tra l'altro molto pulita come il resto dell'hotel. Mi dispiace solo che a pranzo non c'era la possibilita' di pranzare in hotel , ed i prezzi del bar sono un po' alti non tanto il caffe' quanto i digestivi e gli aperitivi.
