The hotel staff was very helpful, friendly and courteous. The rooms were nicely decorated and the hotel was in a charming little city. The restaurant next door was fantastic. The AC was difficult to operate but opening the windows solved the problem.

European Charm...English speaking reception. Very clean and new. Great location in an excellent old European Town of Kamnik. Next door to shops, dining and cafe's and minutes from mountains and scenic views. Not the same abundance of amenities as one is accustomed to in USA Full serve Hotels but this was expected.

Big room. Nice, comfortable building. Windows cannot be opened. Air in the room gets a bit sticky. Lighting in the room is too dim for reading or doing work in the evening. Card payment system was present but not available. Cash payment required.

décoration soignée et meuble de style d'époque. Petit déjeuner convenable avec confitures maison. Personnel disponible et de bon conseil. salle de bain un peu petite et douche bas de gamme. Le frigidaire ne fonctionnait malheureusement pas et le ménage n'a pas été fait entre la première et la deuxième nuit. Un peu léger pour un 4 étoiles...

Bien placé, entre Velika Planina et les thermes de Snovik. La chambre était très spacieuse et très confortable. Le petit dejeuner correct Malheureusement nous avons été dans cet hotel au moment du Kamfest, un festival et nous avons eu "l'after" techno juste derriere l'hotel, avec des basses, des cris, pas possible de fermer l'oeil... Nous avons demandé a changer de chambre a 1h du matin : nous avons du insister mais nous avons pu finalement avoir une chambre plus au calme. Le personnel n'est pas tres présent et moyennement aimable. Nous n'avons pas pu manger au restaurant il était fermé car pas beaucoup de clients.

Nice and clean room. Friendly staff. Breakfast could be better. Two servers were excellent, one waitress was hopeless. Management was ok. We stayed for 3 nights of which one was very noisy with loud music coming from a neighboring bar.

Belle architecture, jolie terrasse, belles chambres de caractère Le service manquait de compétence. Impossible de choisir certains plats pourtant annoncés dans une carte bien fournie. Et nous étions là pendant le week-end!
