Very clean, competent and helpful staff, good location just 10 min walk from sea shore and restaurants and good price for Slovenia. Highly recommended!

No spa or treatments, except in another luxury hotel with a mere 10% discount. We choce this appt because they advertise treatments on their page. Pls change that!

The service was excellent and the owner was extremely accommodating. He went out of his way to arrange spa treatments for me and was very friendly. The apartments were nice, clean and comfortable. The town centre was only a 5 minute walk away. Excellent!

Location

Cleanlinesa, old equipment, no cosiness

Good position, easy to reach it. The beach is just in a few minutes. Nice pathways through fantastic park down to the beach. Or through winding streets with beautiful houses.

This was a very nice, clean apartment with a friendly, English-speaking girl staffing the reception; very comfortable bed and pillows; excellent WiFi; big flat screen tv; tile floor; nice balcony; control over the ac system; large wine glasses and large coffee cups too.

Had to call reception on the cell phone on arrival (5:30pm), but she came very quickly; parking space was somewhat limited; no screens on the windows, but there was no mosquito problem; no hair dryer; some car noise from the nearby road; a little hard to find.

it's all you can ask for, very pleasant place to stay!

Nice and silent environment, vicinity of the sea and centre of Portoroz, well-equipped and very clean apartment.

The staff does not bother at all, they are polite and friendly. The minikitchen is well equipped, even coffee making facility is found.

The bed is extremely soft and the TV set's placement is inconvenient. You can not expect cleaning only if you ask.

It is located in an amazing city, but the prices are affordable. The rooms are very cozy and comfortable, and the staff is nice and very helpful. All in all, we had a wonderful and relaxing holiday here.

In apartments there are not enough dishes, uncomfortable mattresses

The apartments are situated up on the hill, but not far from the beach. After swimming in the sea you can come up on the stairs and shady walkway, you do not have to walk on the road. You can relax and have a 'siesta' in your air-conditioned room. You can have breakfast on your own balcony/terrace. Although there is no view to the sea, you feel like being in a jungle: there are rose and oleander bushes, palm and fig trees. We enjoyed staying there! The beach is sandy There is no entrance fee. Az apartmanok domboldalon vannak, de nem messze a strandtól. A tengerben úszás után az ember csak felballag a lépcsőn, árnyas sétányon, nem kell az úton menni. Délben pihenhet, sziesztázhat a légkondicionált szobában. Saját erkélyén vagy teraszán reggelizhet az ember. Bár nincs kilátás a tengerre, úgy érzi magát, mintha dzsungelben lenne: rózsa és leander bokrok, pálmák és fügefák vannak a terasz mellett.

There were some ants in the kitchen. The faucet was rusty in the bathroom. The rental of the umbrellas and deck chairs on the beach is expensive (5-20 €). A konyhában hangyák voltak. A fürdőszobában a csaptelepek rozsdásak voltak. A napernyők és napozóágyak bérlése a parton drága (5-20 €).

We really liked the place and very near to the seafront via some very short cuts. Really good value for money and plenty of space. Everything about it was great. The fact that it's an apartment means that there's a fridge to cool our drinks and we can have lunch in the room when it's too hot to venture out. The seafront restaurants are so near with a whole host of different types to select for evening entertainment. Easy walking distance to Piran or you can take a bus if it's too hot. Also a short distance from the Secovlje Salt Pans, passing a camping site, more blue sea and a sculpture park.

All was good and the Gregor, the owner, was very friendly and really nice to talk to. Just a thoroughly nice place and nice owner.

Grega Simcic who arrange the issues of the guests in reception desk was very helpful and kindly. The apartments are 400-500 m far from the seaside. The way from the hotel to seaside is downhill and the way back is uphill and a little hard to walk with small children. But this way is very nice and lovely. The room was clean and comfortable. There are a lot of good and clean restaurants and also a children park on the seaside near the hotel.

At the first attempt finding the hotel may be a little difficult because of the structure of the city.

Good placement, friendly personnel

I think that fridge and air conditioner does not work properly enough, because of it's age. But may be it is not so important in the beginning of juni. It is well to buy new matress. Current is inappropriate. Old I think, very old.

Location was good, although a bit of a hike up from the water. Room was dated and worn, but clean. The kitchenette was great. We got breakfast one morning at a small extra charge, and it was delicious. The croissants were great, and still warm when we got them.

The beds were ok, but you could definitely feel the springs. A mattress pad would have made it better.

Good and quiet location, not by the main avenue and the sea side but really few minute walk from the center, apartament well equipped and clean and comfortable, great terrace, helpful staff, recommended place to stay in Portoroz as well as to travel to nearby cities (E.G. Piran)

Izredno prijazen receptor, bližina mestnega središča, gostoljubje, parkirišče, ustrezna navodila, lokacija...

Brez pripomb.

Sehr gute und vor allem ruhige Lage. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück in wunderschöner Parkanlage. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Leider sind die Betten sehr, sehr schmal und einfach wahnsinnig schlecht (viel zu weich) ! Hat leider unseren Aufenthalt etwas getrübt (man ist leider nicht gut ausgeschlafen)!

La cortesia dello staff! Greka (spero di scrivere bene) ha fatto davvero di tutto x rendere il nostro soggiorno il più confortevole possibile. L'appartamento è minimal, ma dotato di qualsiasi accessorio (lenzuola ed asciugamani compresi) e se dovesse mancare qualcosa (tipo il ferro da stiro o la caffettiera), basta chiedere. Posizione perfetta a 5 minuti a piedi dal lungomare e da tutte le attività commerciali. Ottimo x compagnie che amano grigliare all'aria aperta.
