Staff where pretty firendly. Lovely view of the Alps. Nice jacuzi area but very expensive. Location was fine for us as we needed to be in the town. No where near city centre but you could get a bus. Nice countryside outside the door if you like walking We booked and where charged for a large room but they gave us (until we complained) a smaller one as they thought there where less of us coming. The bed was never made, rather basic room tidying was all they did. The bar offered a very limited choice of 3 drinks, (2 sprits and beer). The breakfast was even for continental standards limited and when one day the cereal ran out the waiter said there was no more. There wasn't any for the next few days. |

Very nice nature, quiet, birds singing, not so near main road, good accommodation, parking When I came home I discover that I payed cca 10 € more then was the price on my reservation list. It is more expensive to call and wait my many back, but it was very bad experience. Also, hotel was full of people but one person was receptionist, barmen and waiter. |

L'emplacement de l'hotel (en plein dans la nature) et son style (l'architecture fait plus penser à une villa ou une maison de vacances) beaucoup de trafic sur la route nationale à côté et donc beaucoup de bruit la nuit si on est du mauvais côté . |

La cortesia dllo staff e la disposnibilità a risolvere problemi inerenti la camera, anche se non in mabiera soddisfacente. La mancanza di ascensore e l'aria condizionata non funzionante. |

Ho apprezzato la tranquillità e la pulizia, la comodità di parcheggio e la buona vicinanza al centro città. La colazione era pietosa, arance ammuffite e una mattina non c'era neanche la possibilità di prendere un thè. A volte il ristorante dell'hotel era chiuso e neanche c'era il preavviso. |

El wi-fi gratuito El desayuno tiene poca variedad, y en general no tiene buena calidad. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. |
