Še vedno nisem zadovoljen s ponudbo zajtrka v bližnjem baru. Ponujajo neobičajne in neprimerne kombinacije jedil. Ne moreš kombinirati svojih želja. Naročiš lahko le številko zajtrka. Navedene so stvari ki ne držijo. N.pr. piše margarina dobiš maslo, kar je OK.

Perfect for an overnight stop

Very nice, modern hotel. We weren't sure what to expect-pleasantly surprised. Within walking distance of the old town. We also like the cleanliness of the hotel. Very courteous staff, helful.

We had issues with our international phone card. We used it in Italy and Slovenia with no problem. When we checked out, we were very surprised at what we were charged. The staff told us that you didn't have "it" (whatever that was) in your system. This is not right. The phone card was prepaid and there should NOT have been any charges to us at all. Maybe you can update your system with the phone companies.

Very difficult to find, the view of the room is a hospital

Central location, friendly staff, cleanliness of the room, good value parking.

No direct access from parking to the hotel.

The hotel is brand new e well located, about 10 minutes walk from the main attractions, with cafes, supermarkets and drugstores in the same block. Despite being in the middle of a hospital, the room was really quiet.

There´s no minibar in the room and the curtain was too sheer, making the room too bright at 6 in the morning.

Center 10 min walkable distance, clean, nice personel

I liked the location, very close to the center (15 min walking), the hotel staff, which was very nice and prepared to help at any time. Also the breakfast organization at Pavon restaurant with several menus, that were at our choice and the personnel that served breakfast very nice and rapid.

There was nothing I disliked during my stay at this hotel.

Ljubljana is a small city and eventhough this hotel is not exactly in the city centre it as possible to walk to the city in 5-10 minutes. If you need to get to the main train station the Poliklinika bus stop which is close by is two stops away. Also the Klinicni Centre bus stop is close by and you can visit most of the attractions from the buses that stop here. The wifi connection was very good an size of the room good for my purposes. This hotel is still relatively new.

There is no safe in the room but I was't too wary of leaving my valuables locked up in my bags.

The Hotel stuff is not highly professional

Quick and easy check in/out with friendly staff. The room was very pretty and the beds extremely comfortable. The bathroom is also larger than the typical European bathroom and the shower was excellent. The hotel also had some extra levels of security which were appreciated. Can't say we loved Ljubljana itself but the day excursions to Lake Bled and other attractions were fabulous.

There was parking very close by but it was very expensive (around 40 Euro for 24 hours). The hotel is in an area that seems to maybe not be quite so safe, so we didn't want to risk parking our rental car at lot further away. I would not say the hotel is in walking distance to the main attractions and, again, am not sure it's an area you would want to walk through for any length of time, especially at night. We did not encounter anything negative or scary during our stay, so this is all just an impression we got that.

The people were very cooperative and friendly.

The location is very poor. The online booking was not very friendly. The cancellation policy is very bad: online it say free cancellation, when I got the confirmation, it indicated free cancellation at least 48 hours before.

The hotel is new , clean and in a very good central location.

There was no safe and no fridge in the room.

The hotel is new and clean. The price is cheap compared to other hotels in Ljubljana. The staffs are friendly. It is not gorgeous but I fully satisfied its price, facility and staffs.

Great in room facilities, convenient site for city walks 24h parking option for 10 euros, with multiple entries. Friendly efficient reception

Everything was excellent.The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.Rooms were modern,comfortable and very clean.
