The hotel staff were wonderful and really added to the great experience.

The staff, particularly the manager ,was very friendly and wonderful in providing things to see in the area. His suggestions were great so we had a lovely staff at the hotel. Breakfast was delicious. The room was very large and very well appointed. The hotel has a very central location convenient to everything.

You can hear people talking aloud in the next room. There was a Italian man almost screaming when was talking in telephone....

A delightful and comfortable hotel situated in a delightful little town . Wonderful beds , super friendly staff . We were traveling by car and they gave us a permit to let us leave the car right in front of the hotel , as in these little towns you can't take park cars in the center. Breakfast was fine . Would stay here again.

The staff was friendly.

Stuffy air in the room. Air Condition was loud and not efficient. In front of the hotel under the window of the room are 2 cafes, which close at 2 o´clock in the morning. Very noisy! Breakfast coffee was an instant product, although there is a cafe in the hotel!

Located in the middle of town under the castle. Beautifully renovated rooms, solid walls and doors. Strong air conditioning. Nice breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel building and decor were grand and the hotel has a great location.

Poor in-room a/c, Staff had to multi-task so service was noy what one would expect, breakfast was limited and not replenished as soon as supplies ran out, curtains on top floor rooms were hopeless at excluding light, bathroom fittings were obviously missing, The first floor terrace had a surplus furniture dump at one end.

Excellent location. Beautiful room. Unique building and thematic decor reflecting the region. During our three-day stay the tv and internet signal was down (a minor inconvenience) and we were fairly given a discount.

we didn't like the charges for their wellness centre. hotel guests should have a free use of their spa.

Lepo prenovljen hotel v starem mestnem jedru, ki je žal vse bolj opuščeno. Velike, čiste in udobne sobe... Hotel z inovativno interierno opremeljenostjo in urejenostjo, z prijaznim osebjem, nudi res prijetno bivanje. Zelo priporočljiv za vikend paket - ogled mesta z okolico.

Vrt hotela ne sovpada s siceršnjo prijetno podobo hotela (občutek betonske ujetosti), premalo zelenja; Težave z magnetno kartico/električno napeljavo v sobi (večkratni zaporedni izklopi luči...); Okvarjen TV sprejemnik (samodejno izklapljanje); Zakonska postelja sestavljena iz dveh samostojnih postelj, posledično samodejno razmikanje postelj med spanjem na sredini; V sobi nobenih navodil za uporabo sobnega telefona, imenika, upravljanje TV sprejemnika; Opustitev nadzora nad samopostrežnim zajtrkom, saj je zmanjkovalo posameznih sestavin (kava, čaj, sok, sir), zato so morali gosti hotela osebje pogosto prositi za dodatke...; Odsotnost namenske posode za embalažo in odpadke na mizi pri zajtrku; Uporaba hotelskega Wellnesa bi lahko bila za goste hotela brezplačna ("standard EU") ipd..

Kein Restaurant, einfaches Frühstück, Preis Leistung Verhältnis unausgewogen.

beste Lage - sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Mitarbeiter - Parkservice -trotz nicht erfolgter Reservierung das Haus hat Flair - sicher die Nummer 1 in Ptju !
