Urejenost hotela, zelo prijetna soba, prijazno osebje, zajtrk nudi več raznolikosti kot je to običajno in kvalitetno hrano.

Nad ničimer se ne morem pritožiti, je pa res, da sem imela le eno nočitev.

Vse enostavnost vse.. res na isti nivo kot Grand Stockholm.

The staff were extremely nice, pleasant and professional. A very nice hotel for business seminars or other activities where you don't have to go out directly into the city. Breakfast was one of the best I've ever had!

It is a bit far away from the city. They say they have a shuttle bus, though, but it's a remote area. If you're driving and need to stay for a night and then to go further to the city, then it's perfect.

Official rate do not include breakfast, which makes this place a little bit over priced.

Close to motorway, easy to reach. Spacious hotel. In general hotel is good hotel to stay when you're in Ljubljana for business.

When I arrived internet functioned in my room. Later in the evening and next morning it hardly worked (wifi) I had to step a few meters into the hall and then I got connected again. In my room however then it did not work anymore. Wired was fine. I heard my neighbours for example moving the chairs so isolation could be better... (Or some soft protection under chairs).

Easy check-in, helpful informative staff. General Manager's reception was a nice touch.

The design was great. The parking was easy, easy access to rooms. Very happy with our stay.

The wifi was complimentary, but it didn't work in our room. I needed wifi and it was not possible. This is an inconvenience. If the hotel offers free wifi, then it should be wifi that can be used otherwise, it's useless.

The hotel is nice, clean, close enough to the center (if you have a car or use the shuttle), breakfast is good and abundant

On arrival I asked at the reception if the sauna was free to use or any reservation was needed, I was told to ask half an hour in advance just to be sure to find it warm, so I did the next day, but after less than 45 min I and my girlfriend were there, other people came asking us to leave because they reserved the entire wellness area, the day after when I ask ofr the sauna again, I was told it was free for one hour only between 18.00 and 19.00, and when we enter we found out the sauna was below 80°c and cooling down (I left when it was around 60°c)

I liked the location.

Heating was poor and it was quite called in the hotel bearing in mind that it was november. I consider that the hotel should not save in heating.

Excellent reception staff. Convenient location (easy access from the airport and to downtown Ljubljana).

The sauna facility is substandard and the hotel does not have a swimming pool.

I like everything about this hotel

Great breakfast, free internet in room, updated rooms, helpful staff, first class hotel. This is my 3rd visit and I will return.

For security, you must use room key to activate elevator. Great idea, but was quirky to use at first.

Hard floor in the room (without soft padding) room a kind of cold feeling, not cosy at all

Staff were excellent. Room and hotel was modern and clean. Internet was good and cheap, although without wireless in the room (something to consider if you want to use an iPad in bed).

Sleek modern design, nice setting in the woods, excellent breakfast buffet looking out into lawn and trees. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially in assisting us with our dead car battery (thanks, Peter!).

Only wired Internet in the room and had to go out in hall or lobby to access wifi. The location is far from town (> 1 hour walk). Getting to town requires either the hotel shuttle (leaves every few hours) or a taxi.

Great staff, good location

A good solution to those who don't want to go into the city with a car. The shuttles to the city offered by the hotel were comfortable and accurate. Our room had a broken shower door and the room was almost immediately switched.

No WiFi in the room, only in the lobby. No breakfast included. For us the hotel is not a good value for money

Big comfort rooms Easy way to the city, also to airport

Very nice and thoughtful with special treatment of our little dog. Big and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Close to motor way.
