Paying for bathrobe in spa hotel is nonsense

- staff not speaking english very well - wrong bill provided at checkout (+10E for hotel card)

A big room,new, and a very good location near the beach.

The location is very good. The beach equipped with good beds and umbrellars. The shower, toilet and dressing rooms are available. You have to pay for the facilities on the beach which are not expensive and very comfortable. The pools with mineral water are magnificent and free of charge. The various medical and beauty procedures in the hotel are available. The breakfast is really good and rich. The dinner is not bad with big choice for those who accept half-board system. But there are a lot of small restaurants next to the hotel where you may have fresh fish and seafood. The service in the hotel is on a good level. The personnel is rather friendly and ready to help.

Wi-Fi is so unstable that it seems to you that there is no internet in the hotel at all. Sometimes it is a problem with parking places (not enough) especially in the evening.

Food was monotonous, not much choice

Hotel place. The clean beach with restaurant and sunshades is just downstairs. Clean rooms with great air conditioning &restaurant. Good bed, not too soft. Reasonable price. Good food. Nice staff, especially cleaning lady.

You have to pay extra money for a bathrobe ina spa hotel. No slippers in 4* hotel room (at least at #312). Doesn't have own reception staff, which is not a big deal, but at least would be nice I can find this info before trying to enter the hotel after 10:00pm, so you've to use Apollo hotel entrance for (not only for late) check in indeed :) The same regarding parking place- it's charged, which is OK, if you have again info about the amount. However, it doesn't cost a fortune, but there is not enough space! Free Wi-fi for only 1h/day, and if you even pay for unlimited, you can use just one device at once...Well, if I pay for unlimited, than please if I'm not in a single room, make it multiple device available. :) Just one lift for 6 floors and over 80 rooms...

Food was quite good, we always managed to find something to do us.

Where do I start? I booked this hotel as it had onlt 80 rooms, didn`t want to go to anywhere too big. The one outdoor pool was shared by 4 hotels, 10 minutes walk away, entrance by turnstyle activated by room card, to get in and out. On the first visit my wife forgot her card, tried to get her in with mine, but would only permit one person to enter. First night in restaurant, maidre d` made a big fuss of making us wait to be shown to our table, then told us it would be the same table number for dinner and breakfast for the duration of our stay. On the last night a large party of Germans arrived (60+) and took over, bringing out musical instruments at dinner and entertaining themselves, and subjecting everyone else to it as well. Next morning we came down for breakfast to find someone at our allocated table, when I raised it with staff, we were told we could sit anywhere!! The impression I got was waiting staff seem only interested in selling you drinks!!

Why is the sauna usage an extra cost in a spa hotel? Why do you have to pay for a bathrobe in a spa hotel?

Absolutely good value for money (End of May-sale...) 3 nights, half board, wellness for 110€. Super! Big Panorama, nice sea.

beim Frühstück der Nachschub hat nicht funktioniert, wenn etwas aus war hat es sehr lange gedauert bis man nachgefüllt hat oder wenn es nach 9 Uhr war hat man gar nicht mehr nachgebracht....

Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Check in perfekte Abwicklung (Reisegepäck auf das Zimmer, Auto auf Parkplatz gestellt )

Betrifft: Therme/Wellness es wird in keiner Therme und ich kenne sehr viele Thermen 4* + 5* wo die Gäste angehalten werden die Badeschuhe, abzulegen !!!! Im Gegenteil, es wird nach europ.Gesundheitswesen/Hygienevorschrift empf., Badeschuhe zu tragen !!!!!(Infektionsgef. von Pilzen,Bakterien, etc.) So haben wir es unterlassen, die Therme zu besuchen, leider da es auch geregnet hat. Bitte unbedingt an die Wellness-Betreiber zur Prüfung weiterleiten !

Sehr freundliches un kompetentes Personal. Gutes Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet. Schöne große Zimmer mit Balkon. Gratisparkplatz stand zur Verfügung.

Im Wellnessbereich ist für den Saunabereich € 15,00/Tag separat zu bezahlen. Keine Stundenbuchung möglich.

Pulito,confortevole, comodo per le piscine termali che si raggiungono in accappatoio. Buona e varia la prima colazione soprattutto per chi ama il salato, discreta la cena ma per 5 euro non si può desiderare di più....

La posizione è buona.

Gli scarichi del bagno fanno molto rumore. Disturbano tutta la notte perché non sono isolate. La welness era lontanissima con ambienti a temperature diverse. A parte la piscina, tutti gli altri servizi erano a pagamento (anche le saune) a 20 euro al gg in più. Parcheggio scarso e pagato extra.

Bella la posizione, personale di sale al ristorante veramente disponibile e gentile, ottima la possibilità di raggiungere le piscine con corridoi interni, animazione bimbi ridotta ma buona, spa moderna e attrezzatissima

Pagare 3,50€ il parcheggio (praticamente obbligatorio), pagare 6 € ad accappatoio, no wi-fi gratis in camera
