No telephone at the room and no acceptance of the american express creditcard.i was presented with a higher invoice than confirmed at the reservation. |

Therme complex was so near and the near region was nice with large park area. The restaurant next to hotel was excellent. |

Nette Pension, weiß aber nicht, wieso er 4 Sterne Hotel schreibt, wenn er selbst auf seinem Haus nur 3 Sterne anschlägt. Selbst die sind zuviel! Ich bewerte mit maximal 2 Sternen. Übernachten war grundsätzlich OK, die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war schon a bisserl dürftig. Für 2 Sterne Kategorie würde ich es weiterempfehlen, für mehr nicht! Die Erwartungshaltung war einfach größer, wenn man eben ein 4-Stern-Hotel bucht. |

Ils ont gardé deux cartes d'identités jusqu'au lendemain , et c'est embêtant car les deux personnes n'avaient plus de papier .Quelques odeurs d'égout dans une des deux chambres et pas de possibilité de payer avec la carte visa (appareil hors d'usage nous a-t-on dit),il a donc fallu aller retirer de l'argent liquide |

Zentral im Ort u. Therme. Das Waschbecken im Badezimmer wurden nie geputzt.Haarshampoo und Seife wurden nie nachersetzt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht so hervorragend. |
