The breakfast room was small for so many guests. They need to get another coffe machine, to avoid lines

Location only a few minutes from Ljubljana Old Town. Good restaurant for breakfast and any other meals and restaurant staff very attentive. Clean rooms. Reasonable rates.

Reception desk staff could smile more when dealing with guests (a few did). Reception staff should help guests to book a day bus trip. We had some excellent trips with kompas which were advertised at the front desk but none of the staff seemed to know anything about it and there was no phone number with advert. I had to go to Kompas myself.

It could be said that eastern Europe hoels are sometimes unfriendly. This hotel is also unfriendly. Maybe, the reason might be the fact that those countries are not so touristy compaired to western ones.

Clean, comfortable rooms with helpful staff. The location, just outside the city centre was ideal.

Organisation of breakfast was a little chaotic-all the buffet elements were in one corner leading to congestion.

Hotel staff was very nice, the view was stunning, they upgraded our double room to a suite.

Staff was helpful and spoke English.

The room was small, but the real problem was WC: the door couldn't be locked and toilet seat was broken. Shower wasn't too good either.

The room was spartan, yet comfortable. Access to the internet in the lobby was necessary for me during my stay, and I found that as long as I was patient, I was able to access the internet in due time. The location of the hotel was excellent in terms of proximity to the city centre.

The 4 days during which I stayed at the hotel were excessively warm. The hotel was not air-conditioned nor were fans provided to guests who requested them. Had the hotel been air-conditioned, my stay would have been more pleasurable. Although the hotel's location was convenient, the surrounding neighbourhood is run-down. With the Tabor Hostel next door, noise often continued until late into night.
