The hotel is located in the centre. The personnel is friendly and efficient. The room is not very large but has everything you need. Free internet in the lobby. The hotel is partly a youth hostel resulting in young people crowding the hotel lobby 24/7 making it difficult to use one of the two internet PC's (in case you did not bring your laptop). Secondly they tend to be noisy outside during the whole night. This could be a problem if you like to sleep with your window open. |

Quiet location, helpful staff, good choices for breakfast, pleasant restaurant, clean comfortable beds, pleasant decoration Pillows too big, room sometimes too warm, lobby lounge frequently crowded as I gather it is the only place an internet connection is available. These are not complaints, or serious problems only observations. |

The staff were very pleasant, the room was clean and the breakfast fine. It was difficult to sleep because of the noise from the street at all hours of the night. It stopped about 3am and was extremely loud, even though we were on the 7th floor.The noise seemed to reflect upwards and the hotel seems to be next to a hostel of some kind. |

Convenience to the centre of Llubjana was our priority. We got good advice from the reception desk when asked. We checked out at 2am. Perhaps a cup of coffee might have been suggested at reception. |

The hotel is very near to the city center. There were even free parking places left for our car. We were given a better room we actually reserved: it was basic, but nice, clean and quiet. The staff seems to be busy all the time but they are very friendly and polite. Breakfast room is quite small and crowded |
