It could be said that eastern Europe hoels are sometimes unfriendly. This hotel is also unfriendly. Maybe, the reason might be the fact that those countries are not so touristy compaired to western ones.

Clean, comfortable rooms with helpful staff. The location, just outside the city centre was ideal.

Organisation of breakfast was a little chaotic-all the buffet elements were in one corner leading to congestion.

Hotel staff was very nice, the view was stunning, they upgraded our double room to a suite.

Staff was helpful and spoke English.

The room was small, but the real problem was WC: the door couldn't be locked and toilet seat was broken. Shower wasn't too good either.

The room was spartan, yet comfortable. Access to the internet in the lobby was necessary for me during my stay, and I found that as long as I was patient, I was able to access the internet in due time. The location of the hotel was excellent in terms of proximity to the city centre.

The 4 days during which I stayed at the hotel were excessively warm. The hotel was not air-conditioned nor were fans provided to guests who requested them. Had the hotel been air-conditioned, my stay would have been more pleasurable. Although the hotel's location was convenient, the surrounding neighbourhood is run-down. With the Tabor Hostel next door, noise often continued until late into night.

The breakfast was poor/unimaginative. En-suite shower room was miniscule: a tiny cubicle with plastic curtain which stuck to you as you showered - impossible for a normal sized person to avoid flooding the floor (heaven help the over-sized!); the toilet was squashed up close to  shower cubicle; when bringing up  head from washbasin I cracked my head on hair dryer
