Great charming hotel with a great view of Lake Bled. Some have made comment about the drive way and accessability - dont take any notice. Yes it is up a gravel drive way, but 99% of drivers could easily manage it and the location at the southwest of the lake gives you the best views in Bled away from the crowds. |

The pension was lovely, in a beautiful location, right besides the lake. The panorama is outstanding, the owner is very kind, the room was also fine. We will surely return some day. |

My mother who is 80 with knee difficulties went with us on our trip. There is no elevator, the driveway is steep, and there are quite a few steps up to the rooms. This is not a complaint as my son and I were not challenged by this at all and it shouldn't be a problem for anyone in reasonably good physical condition. The friendly staff was more than willing to carry suitcases or help in any other way possible. Even though it is impossible to complain about the scenery anywhere surrounding Lake Bled, in our opinion Pension Bomi is located on the prettiest side of the lake (although crossing the street allows for a better view than windows in the hotel). There is a rather strenuous walking trail right next to the hotel which allows for the best views of Lake Bled and the surrounding area (much better than the view from the castle). It was well worth the effort. For the money, it was the best value I could find and I would definately go there again. It is a little difficult to find, so make sure to have directions before you go. |

Staff were knowledgable and very helpful. Views from the terrace and balcony were stunning. Parking was a bit difficult up a steep, gravelly driveway. |

Lovely location overlooking the lake, very friendly accommodating staff, spacious comfortable rooms Some might find the location away from the centre of Bled a negative point (but we quite liked the peace and quiet!) |

This is an old building but this added to the enjoyment of our stay, updating this building too much would spoil the whole feel of the building the veiws were magnificent, the staff could not do engough to make our stay an enjoyable one excellent value for money. |

Awesome location, yes this is a Pension, and yes it is not in the best condition but it is clean and has good facilities, and as a base for staying in the area, it was excellent... Amazing views of the lake and very friendly staff at a great price. |

Perfect position, away from the town and metres away from the lake. Great view on the lake and island. The building is in need of a refurbishment. |

Perfect location by the lake, away from the hustle and bustle of the main resort - the view was spectacular from our spacious and clean room and balcony and our hosts were friendly and made us feel very welcome. Excellent value for money and ideal both for backpackers and couples seeking a short break - will certainly recommend to anyone going to Bled. Perhaps could do with a better, well-lit path or some steps to get to the hotel from the road - the steep gravel path is not for the faint hearted, especially at night when you've done a hard day's hike! But otherwise, no problems at all! |

Has superb location on edge of Lake Bled with views of island and castle. Well back from main road and up a hill, and therefore was quiet. Place appears to have gone downhill a lot. No upkeep of yard for years. House deteriorating. |
