Great Pension. Very clean, every day the apartament was cleaned. The Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Our apartaments was very good equipped, and have many good solution. Lack of in equipped is light in evening and night. It should be more light small lamp or something like that. The bathroom was very clean but deviates from the rest of apartament. We didn't have any problem. Very good location near to center of Portoroz and Piran. Really recomend Silvia.

There is the very friendly atmosphere of the hotel. The owner Silvia speaks perfect German and she can communicate in very good Russian language :) The internet connection is fast. The rooms are very clean. They get only ca. 5 minnutes afoot to the beachside. The center of Piran and Portoroz are also within walking distance. If you would like to get the Balkan food you can get it at the restaurant with the butiafull view at the old church where you will get 10% discount being a guest of Silvia (pls ask her about). This hotel is an insiders' tip!

We stayed at the hotel for one night in the end of September. We loved absolutely everything about our stay there. The staff was very friendly and helpful with finding restaurants for the evening and advised on travel in the area. We had room with sea view from the balcony which was perfect. We would recommend very much this place. We didn't ate there breakfast so don't have opinion about it.

we experianced simply outstanding hospitality from Silvia. the room was immaculately clean and well maintained. it is an easy walk to the best areas of the Slovenian coast. there are on site bicycles available to rent by the hour. you have excellent local knowledge of the best places to visit and eat at by the friendliest lady in Slovenia. the rooms are slightly dated but are being compleley refurbished for next year so . . . .do not miss staying here!

Everything was just ok. Owner, Mrs, Silvia, she is just great person, so nice, with very warm welcome. Maybe never in the past I felt so comfortable in such pension. No disturbs, cleaning every day...Even when we forgot to move our things on place, they were in perfect order when we came back from beach. We used breakfast only for first morning when we arrived, and it was very good. For all my friends and all of you who are reading this, we recommend this pension for a very nice holidays. For sure, maybe not next year, but if any case arriving Portoroz, we will be accommodate in this pension. So, best remarks for pension silvia!!!thank you once again

It was a really great pleasure to stay in Pension Silva during our trip. The house is very beautiful and everything is made with love and good taste. Our room was very comfortable, clean and cozy with a big garden and place for relax. I am also very happy that we had the opportunity to get acquainted with our host – Silvia. She is really kind and helpful person who managed to give us all the information that we needed for our stay. This made our stay there even more pleasant. Thank you, Silvia! I wish you the best luck and a lot of clients! I recommend this hotel to everybody!!!

Our host Silvia couldn't have been more welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. She made our stay even better. Lovely room that was spotless and tidied daily. Brilliant location and easy walk to the beach. Loved everything about it and would reccommend to anyone!

Silvia herself is a lovely women, very friendly and welcoming, she went out of her way to make sure we were settled in well and nothing was too much of an ask for her.The accomodation was very comfortable and the view from the balcony were amazing.

The pension charges an extra registration surcharge which we didn't know about and it isn't mentioned in the booking site.

The views from our room in Pension Silvia, were absolutely breathtaking, the sort of views you would see on postcards. Also nothing was too much trouble for the staff, who were kind and helpful, informing us of the best places to visit and eat out.

It's a wonderful place, everything was 100 % perfect. The owner, Silvia is probably the kindest and the most helpful person in Portoroz. We recommend it for everyone!

Absolutely wonderful place. Silvia herself is incredibly warm and helpful. Our room was very comfortable, immaculately clean, with a large terrace overlooking the sea. The location is perfect - in between touristy Portoroz and beautiful Piran, both a short walk away, and 100m from the sea. We recommend it 110%!

An excellent place!! The pension is well situated, close to the sea, newly built, very professionally managed by the owner who is very friendly and caring. The rooms are clean, nicely furnished, cool, pleasant balconies. Excellent breakfast, a cool, breezy lounge area. We definitely recommend it to everyone!

This guest house is very good! The owner, she is totally friendly and lovely and gave us great tips for local restaurants. We absolutely had a great time there! The breakfast was delicious, the room and bathroom were very confortable and clean. We recommend for sure!

The owner is probably the nicest and friendliest in Portoroz.

Very polite Staff and wonderful sea view. Room toilet and everything are very clean, everything shine from cleanness. I enthusiastically recommend everyone to have some very quiet days in Silvia.

The hotel charged an additional €2 per person as a registration fee, which made the total €64 and not €60 for the night as advertised on booking.com; this fee was not mentioned in the hotel information. the only side fee mentioned was the tourist charge of about €1 per night.
