Pension Forma Viva (坲玛维瓦膳食公寓)  

We were very satisfied, we travelled from France to Slovakia by car (1600kms) and wanted to sleep somewhere for one night - we found that pension, it has great restaurant, I strongly recommend you to order fish or pancakes with ice-cream and berries (they have very tasty cuisine, pancakes were like my grandma does;)). There is also wonderful view on sunset and sea, the beach is not so beautiful, but we like our short stay, because of nice people working there, clean room, great restaurant, magnifique sunset:) Also the surrounding is very calm.

There is no or not working ventilation in the bathroom.

you have to walk 15 minutes to town=ideal for a bit sporty people.Or even with a bike -there are nice little roads to explore...

Lo staff molto simpatico e accogliente, la struttura e il panorama sono molto belli.

I bagni delle camere un po' troppo piccoli e non molto confortevoli, leggermente fuori mano come posizione.

Struttura fatisciente, non c'è possibilità di fare colazione, reception chiusa al momento del check out.

La pulizia e la chiusura del ristorante, non abbiamo potuto fare neanche la colazione.

Freundliche Angestellte, Zimmer ansprechend, sauber, Ausstattung dem Preis angemessen, aussergewöhnliche, ruhige Lage zwischen Pinien und Säulenzypressen, mit phantastischer Aussicht über Hafen und Meer, Portoroz dennoch leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Gutes, preiswertes Restaurant (Fisch!). Ausreichend (kostenlose) Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Unser Eindruck: Für Stadtbesucher, Durchreisende und Leute, die beschauliche Ruhe dem Stadttrubel vorziehen, absolut empfehlenswert!

Il prezzo che abbiamo pagato è stato differente da quello prenotato con booking. La colazione è stata scarsissima.

Die Lage am Berg aber trotzdem nicht weit vom Strand, das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker! Fischplatte ist sehr zu empfehlen, Preis/Leistung stimmt! Sehr schöner romantischer Ausblick von der Terasse, traumhaft!

Moc pěkný výhled na mořskou zátoku. Krásné západy slunce. Pracovník recepce byl velmi příjemný a zdvořilí.

Snídaně byli velmi chudé a personálem nepřipravené. Toaleta nešla někdy splachovat. Škoda, že pokoje nemají klimatizaci, v horku 30 a více stupnů bylo na horních postelích skoro až nesnesitelně. Na pokoji je vše slyšet z okolních pokojů.

ottima posizione e buona cucina

la sruttura è molto vecchia e mal tenuta, inoltre nn esiste pulizia nelle camere. In tre giorni di soggiorno nn mi è mai stata pulita la camera, l'ultimo giorno abbiamo dovuto usare i ns teli da mare per asciugarci!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lage ist für Portoroz sehr schön, weil abseits der Betonburgen mit schönem Garten und gemütlicher Restaurantterrasse, in dem auch das Essen gut ist.

Bei dem Preis darf man sich für eine 2 Sterne Pension natürlich nicht zu viel erwarten, aber z.B. die kaputten Glühbirnen im Zimmer austauschen kostet nicht viel, man müsste es nur machen. Daran zeigt sich, dass in diese Durchgangspension nicht mehr investiert wird und nur rausgeholt wird was noch geht. Leider.

Elsősorban az, hogy gyönyörű kilátás nyílik a tengerre, különösen az étkező teraszáról. Mivel csoporttal mentünk, alkalmunk volt esti beszélgetésre, borozgatásra a kerti asztaloknál, ez is pozitívum.

Hiányoltuk a klímát, mert a galérián szinte elviselhetetlen volt a meleg. Szintén a meleg miatt jó lett volna egy kis méretű hűtőszekrény a szobákban.

La gentilezza del personale è fuori discussione.... Sempre gentili e garbati..... Unico NEO....non conoscenza della lingua italiana

Camera sporca...... Gente che parlava e faceva rumore proprio sotto la nostra finestra.... Gente a petto nudo...che beveva birra come se fosse in una bettola..... Diciamo poco "clesse" come ambiente....

Vista mozzafiato sulle Saline di Sicciole nella laguna sottostante. Posizionata su una altura che domina Portorose, la Pensione Formaviva offre una panoramica sulla città istriana. Rappresenta un punto di appoggio strategico da cui muoversi per esplorare le città intorno: Pirano su tutte, Izola, Capodistria e Ancarano.

La struttura della pensione che presenta più edifici ricettivi, il corpo del ristorante e una grande costruzione a due piani con camere con area antistante all'aperto presenta varie carenze. Necessita forte ristrutturazioe non sembra possedere gli standard minimi richiesti per la ricezione.Le stanze hanno bagni ciechi con aeratori tutti rotti, tendine doccia fatiscenti, biancheria con buchi, mobili di arredo riparati alla meglio, piani di appoggio bruciati da mozziconi di sigarette. Prezzo di 70 € per una doppia compresa spartana prima colazione ci é sembrato veramente eccessivo rispetto all'offerta della Pensione.
