The family-run Hotel Penzion Jagodic is located in the beautiful village of Vopovlje, 2 miles from the airport (shuttle service provided) and 11 miles from the city of Ljubljana. Food which felt homemade ( dinner ),family owners very hospitable and all functions you need working without a problem.Great location if you choose not to sleep in the city.Charming small hotel with a value and if you compare the price for what you get you are even more satisfied.The pictures of the hotel are not as good as te hotel is. The bathroom was clean as it is at my home after the maid leaves maybe even better. Te bed because I am used to higher ones - but nothing is perfect

The owners were very helpful as my daughter and family decided to check in as well last minute on their way to Croatia (I was flying to Ljubljana, they were driving from the uk and were picking me up). I was given the key to another room for them as it was very late. Breakfast was good, too. Also, I was picked up from the airport.

It was a shame to be woken up by a workman scraping and making a noise outside my room in the hall at half past seven in the morning. He even had a radio on. Maybe they could wait until guests have left, or at least woken up, before allowing workmen to start working.

Just 5 minutes from Ljubliana Airport (they will collect you if you ask them) this is a lovely little hotel in a small village about half an hour from the city. Room was excellent and the buffet meal in the evening (3 courses for Euro 8.00) was also very good. Free Wifi, nice people. Difficult to fault Nothing - you might struggle to find the place without a satnav.

En: I like the location very close to the airport (4/5 Km) and the life style that you have in the very little village like that (no more than 25 houses). The enviroment is very country and very relaxing. The food is ok also. - it: La posizione è vicina all'aeroporto (4/5 km) e lo stile di vita è molto di campagna. Il villaggio è piccolo (circa 25 abitazioni). Il cibo è ok. En: I think the staff is composed only by 1 family and they should improve the service. - it: Credo che lo staff sia composto solo da una famiglia e dovrebbe essere riconsiderato.

This hotel is very close to the Ljubljana airport, which is why we stayed there. The staff was very helpful about getting breakfast for us at 0530 and driving us to the airport. The hotel has a popular restaurant, with a buffet. Price is very reasonable--for food and for lodging. The decor is a bit fussy, and there are places where on can bump one's head. Now that I know those places, I would be happy to make a return visit!

La vicinanza alle città che volevamo visitare, e la posizione estremamente tranquilla. I proprietari sono stati molto cortesi. La mezza pensione può essere migliorata, ma comunque è sicuramente sufficente soprattutto se rapportata al prezzo.

L’accueil, la paix rurale, la nourriture, la location toute près de l’aéroport et aussi des montagnes, mais personnellement je l'utilise principalement lors d'une arrivée tardive en hiver ou d'un départ très tôt le matin, comme j'habite assez loin de l'aéroport. Cette fois-ci j'accompagnais une amie a l'aéroport, le plus souvent je suis seule. Il faut se rappeler que c'est une pensionne et non un hôtel, mais l'ambiance est vraiment très bonne et la cuisine n'est pas mal du tout. Je serais incapable de vous dire si on y parle français, j'y parle toujours slovène, mais je sais qu'ils parlent anglais et probablement allemand. Si vous aimeriez arranger une fête en gîte rurale il faut y penser!
