the spa was excellent and the hotel rooms are very spacious and maintained to the highest quality. its location as a major junction is an additional advantage, you can reach venice or ljubljana within 2 hours of drive the surronding area, nova gorica is a small socialist architectural style town where really nothing can be done |

Very nice hotel, friendly and very helpful staff. Entrance to Casino and Show for free, nice evening entertainment. Had to visit Italian Gorizia, but choose to stay in Nove Gorica, did not regret. Highly recommended. |

L'hotel forma part d'un Casino, al que tens entrada gratuita, incloses les seves atraccions i la disco. bons restaurants al mateix hotel i servei de spa. Nosaltres el varem utilitzar com a parada intermèdia en un viatge llarg, i tot plegat va anar molt bé per relaxar-se sense sortir de l'hotel. molt bona relació qualitat/preu |

nn ho gradito il fatto che la cena a buffet era dentro il casinò e quindi impossibilitata ad entrare li avendo un figlio di 15 anni a meno che nn andavo a mangiare li con mio marito e mio figlio doveva mangiare in caera da solo questo x me è un disservizio dovrebbe essere spostto in un altro luogo visto che ci sono anche i ragazzi che nn possono entrare x nessun motivo grazie e arrivederci |

Très confortable et calme; une partie du personnel était très agréable et à l'écoute. Pas de possibilité de connection internet dans les chambres malgré ce qui était annoncé! ( publicité mensongère!) Le technicien qui devait venir n'est évidemment jamais venu d'où impossibilité d'envoyer un dossier urgent...L'espace détente et la piscine étaient fermés pour travaux!...Mais le prix du séjour était toujours le même.... |

Doveva essere segnalato che fino a dicembre le strutture non erano in funzione, uno non può scoprire all'arrivo che sauna e piscina nn funzionano : ci fosse qualcuno dello staff che sorridesse una volta! |
