Staff has been very great. Everything would be excellent except of a very strong cigarette smell in the room (No214) after som many visits of strong smokers. Anyway I thank for the friendly atmosphere.

The location is good just 5 minutes from the bus station. The staff were helpful and the room is clean. No view with the rooms facing the old town as there is a building standing in front of you.

The balcony view of the seaside is worth a great deal...the view of Piran from the breakfast area on the fourth floor is even better...morning sunlight..take your camera along and sit outside. Breakfast is complete with many choices. The location in very compact Piran is outstanding..outside the entrance within a few minutes walk are a complete selection of restaurants and sights to enjoy. A free bus stop will take travelers to the pier or the bus station.

The location was perfect, couldn't have been better for being able to swim and sunbathe just outside the hotel. Piran is small but very picturesque. The cost of parking in Piran. There are no parking spaces for tourists in the town, so have to use the park just outside, which is 15 euros per day.

Location is unbeatable, right by the sea in the old town. If you stay at Piran Hotel, take a room with a sea-view, otherwise it would be an opportunity wasted. If you get there by car, ask them for a spot in the small hotel's parking lot - it's 12 EUR/day but otherwise you'll have to leave your car 1 km away, at the town's entrance. Somewhat overpriced - rooms are a little worn out - but, again, you pay for the location. Breakfast takes place in a cramped, small, crowded room. No wireless.

The location was excellent, and the seaside view from the balcony was amazing! The breakfast was nice. The only slightly frustrating downside to Piran is you cannot drive into the town and must pay to park on the outskirts. I did not know this ahead of time. But, there is a free bus that takes people from the parking complex to the downtown square -- very convenient.

Friendly personel and the view of the room was also faboulous. Furthermore, the location was great and the service of the hotel to drive you to the parking lot is a nice extra. Pay for seats are at the seaside. Breakfast could have been better.

There was a big down followed by a huge up....While already on hols elsewhere in Slovenia we heard from Hotel Piran saying they'd over-booked double rooms and wanted us to stay at their other hotel in another town! Panic. I asserted we wanted to stay there and why not offer us something else and next day they said we could stay. On arrival they'd upgraded us at no cost to their best studio suite with huge balcony and were sweetness itself throughout the stay. Wonderful hotel location and very friendly, helpful staff. Piran the town is fantastic and the no cars in Piran thing is not a problem.

Photo in net and hotel located is the same. Hotel is on the beach ~15m to the sea. There are a nice panorama bar on the 4th flour. Located is very fine. A sea is very clean. It's a place for quiet rest. The state of hotel is not very much friendly. It's a problem to park a car near hotel (there are only 6 place near hotel). But there is a large parking a ~ 1 km from hotel, it cost 15 euro per day (or 60 euro weekly). No free internet in hotel (it cost 2 euro/h)

The hotel was overpriced and not the freshest possible, but the bed and the bathroom were exceptionally clean. The hotel is very standard, don´t look for any particular beauty, but very central and gives to the see, which of course is convenient. The receptionist Adriana saves the experience with her incredible smile! The breakfast had a large selection, much appreciated. Not really fresh, expensive for what it is, yet clean and organized.

The friendly staff and the hotel location. The substandard room - 1022 and the expensive and inadequate wifi. I was attending the fis Conference at the Hotel Bernadin where the wifi was free and a stronger signal. I have stayed at the hotel before and had expected a larger room with a seaview and balcony.

Staff were unfailingly excellent - could not be more friendly and helpful, whether it was providing a replacement UK plug adaptor, or running us back to the car park at the other end of the town. Rooms were bright and clean, with wonderful views over the bay. Not a problem of the hotel, but the local night life could be a little noisy at times.

The seaview is splendor with one window facing the sea and other other facing the main street where the seaside restaurants are. It is also conveniently located and is ideal location to explore the rest of Piran. It is a bit old but afterall Piran itself is an old town. There is no free internet access.

This hotel is a very good value, located right in the sea and on the main street through Piran. Clean, friendly and with parking (for a fee) directly across the street. A good pick and we would stay there again. Great breakfast room on the top floor with a very good selection of food.

“We booked apartment 515 on a corner position on the first floor with lovely views of the harbour and main square. It is situated above a small aquarium ( visited by many school children ) and is seperate from Hotel Piran, who own this block. The reception staff at the hotel were very helpful and attentive - this is where you pick up your keys. Everything in Piran is on the doorstep and therte is a nice cafe opposite.Due to location it can get a bit noisy.Found the hot water was not great at times.Would stay here again.” Rod, London |
