Very new, very friendly

Everything! Gorgeous appointments, very comfortable large room, luxurious bedding, perfect bathroom and a restaurant that features an Italian chef....the dining experience is definitely gourmet and delicious! The wine menu fantastic Slovenian wines. Anya is a jewel and made our stay wonderful. I hated leaving!

The hotel recently opened and so there were minor glitches.... No real problems.

The staff in this family-run hotel were very friendly and welcoming: the welcome drink at registration, the home-made biscuits and the free loan of the family's own bikes were particularly thoughtful touches. The food (especially the evening meal) was exceptional and the service delightful. The hotel's decor had been finished to a high standard and was well-thought out - not the more common corporate hotel blandness. This definitely added to the enjoyment of our stay.

The location at the quieter end of Portoroz may not be to everyone's taste, although we appreciated it. Although the receptionist gave us a lot of information verbally when we registered, it might have been helpful to have some printed information about the hotel in our room.

Newly opened hotel, very clean, very good breakfast, friendly staff, parking facilities for free both indoor and outdoor. Next year also the pool and the spa will be opened.

Everything. It is a new Residence ( I am assuming in western terms we would call an Inn or Bed and Breakfast), everything was new and well done to the most detail. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was first rate in being helpful. The owners are wonderful people. I have stayed in a lot of places around the world and I will rate this as one of the best and hope to return.

There was very little to dislike. anything was minor, and i think that is because it was newly opened and they are "smoothing out" the small unexpected items. I was surprised to see a twin bed in my room, but it was a very very good one and the rest of the room was well done efficiency and luxury.

The perfect decorated Hotel with the Great Stuff with nice smilles sending you nice coffee for breakfast (food is very tasty!!!). I like it, and the very modern room with nice balcony you can go out and enjoy. The great for romantic stay. Also it has a private parking, that is a very convenient if you are by car.

I was also asked to wait a bit before room is ready, but they also didn't push me out the last day, so I think it's some fair. I have a mountain view, so if you order Single, you can also ask for Sea-view, probably it's some better!

Perfect location, clean, wonderful design and very friendly staff.........both breakfast and dinner were just great! Keep it up.

Everything was just great however I would recommend to owner to put showers or lower baths (especially for older people) in bathrooms.

A nice place to stay: extremely welcoming staff everywhere (always willing to help - all my minor troubles were removed in a few moments!). Very clean, well-designed rooms. Bathroom/shower is very comfortable. Breakfast is a must-see(!), with a lot of home-made things (the freshest pastry, cheese, juices...) and many other delicacies. Free WiFi + parking garage were highly appreciated. Overall, the best hospitality ever seen!!!

1. Impossible to customize A/C settings (probably, due to inflexible centralized control); however, it doesn't appear to be a huge problem as cooling is generally adequate. 2. Some shortage of lamplight in the room for those who want to read or have to work :-)

Everything was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful..10 Mins walk to the beach, bars and night clubs. I will definitely stay here again.

Sehr schönes Hotel - demnächst kommt noch ein Wellnessbereich dazu und im Frühjahr ein Außenpool. Dann wird es fantastisch sein.

familiäre und freundliche Betreuung, sehr schöne, neue Zimmer, hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet und Abendessen, geschmackvolles Ambiente. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ganz neues, sehr komfortables und durchdachtes Hotel. Frühstück und Abendessen (3-Gänge-Menü, Fisch oder Fleisch) waren erstklassig. Das Personal war, wenn auch teilweise etwas unbeholfen, war sehr freundlich und herzlich.

Direkt gegenüber eine GoKart-Bahn, die an zwei Abenden (5 - 9 Uhr) in Betrieb war, allerdings mit Elektormotoren. Trotdem für einen Urlaubsort in der Nähe von Hotels unmöglich. Sie soll angeblich im nächsten Jahr verschwinden.

Das Hotel ist fast neu und mit allem Konfort ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind gross und die Betten bequem und sehr gross. Die Bettwäsche ist von feinster Qualität. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und das Service freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Abendessen, einmal Fischmenue und ein Fleischmenue zur Auswahl ist von allerbester Qualität und Zubereitung. Die Weinpreise sind realtiv hoch, es beginnt mit € 35,- und geht dann schnell auf 60, bis 70,- und mehr. Der kleine Wellnessbereich ist noch im Bau, eine Tiefgarage ist vorhanden mit grosser Einfahrt ebenerdig. Alles in allem ein erstklassiges Hotel. Aber nur geeignet für Leute, die nur nächtigen wollen und nicht urlauben.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schlecht und es ist unverständlich, an diesem Platz ein solches Haus zu errichten. Vor dem Hotel ist ein Campingplatz, daneben eine Lagerhalle, eine Gokartbahn und ansonsten kein Umfeld zum Spazieren. Zum Meer durch den Campingplatz zu einer kleinen Liegewiese, man kommt aber ins Wasser nur über grosse Steine, was nicht zu empfehlen ist. Ansonsten zum Strand von Portoroz ca. eine halbe Stunde zu Fuss oder mit dem Auto, aber schlechte Parkmöglichkeiten am Strand. Nach Piran zu Fuss 1 und 1/4 Stunde der Küste entlang.
