Breakfast is served from 7:30 till 9:30.
There are plenty of different restaurants offering local and international cuisine, all within walking distance from the house.
Lake Bohinj is also situated in the heart of the Triglav National Park, with picture perfect settings of mount Triglav, the largest mountain in Slovenija (at 2864 m), the Julian Alps, high mountain plateaux and open meadows with an abundance of wild fauna and flora.
Bohinj is an excellent starting point for many trips into the mountains and forests, whether you would enjoy a gentle stroll through the Mostnica Gorge, a wander around the lake, a walk to see the beauty of Savica waterfall, or a more strenuous hike to the top of Vogel or many of the other viewing points around the valley. Other popular activities within Bohinj Valley are cycling, kayaking, rowing boats, scenic boat trip on the lake, climbing, canyoning, paragliding, and many organised guided tours throughout the season.

The staff at B &B Gasperin really make this place something special.Nothing is too much trouble. They helped us organise our train ride to Venice and found a much cheaper way for us. They also upgraded us for free when a room became available. Very child friendly and they have a wealth of knowledge of the area. The rooms were ultra clean. The breakfast was wonderful. We would definetely visit again and highly recommend it I would have liked wifi available in the rooms however it is free of charge in the breakfast rooms |

The landlady was very nice and very helpful. The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the location was simply beautiful. If we spend another time in this area we will stay at Gasperin again! |

Very friendly and helpful with advice on walks and information on the area. Wonderful breakfast, cooked as you like. Although apartments fitted with kitchen etc. no crockery, glasses. No Kettle (whichwas chargeable on a daily basis). Would have appreciated these as inclusive and that the fridge had been turned on. |

The staff was very informative on things to do while we were there: distance, time, expense, etc. The room was perfect for the rate and the view off the balcony is fantastice. |

We had a large suite with balcony. The footpath from the centre runs out about 50yds from the pension so you have to walk in the road |

We enjoyed our stay at "Gasperin" very much. We were made to feel very welcome as part of the family. Our hosts were more than happy to share with us their knowledge of the area and had put together a comprehensive and informative file of local information. There were also a good selection of maps and guides to borrow. Our room was nicely furnished and looked onto the mountains. There was a good buffet breakfast and freshly cooked eggs and omelettes were on offer too. Excellent service and a beautiful location. Would definitely return. |

Great view from the balcony. Good information and excellent starting point for many walks. Close proximity to local restaurants and Lake Bled. Very average breakfast but nothing serious. |

The owners were very welcoming and friendly, and nothing is too much trouble for the english-speaking hostess. They provided lots of local information and even did some internet research for our ongoing travel! Wonderful view from front of hotel and we really enjoyed our good value beers and snacks here in the early evening. Overall a fantastic experience in a great location. |

In a beautiful part of Slovenia, convenient to lake Bohinj. Warm welcome, good breakfast including eggs cooked in any way, local information available to read and from staff. Reasonably priced. |

The easy going atmosphere and being made to feel welcome. The room was always kept spotlessly clean. The hotel is in a perfect position for a walking holiday in and around the lake and mountains. |

Our room was really clean and comfortable and the view from balcony was magic! The Bohinj lake is nearby and there is a plenty of restaurants around... I am cordially recommending this hotel to everybody who is planning to visit Slovenia and Bohinj lake. |

It was very quiet most of the time, you could really relax and just chill in an awesome environment. There were not to many tourist around. Friendly and helpful owners. There was some construction going on next door, which made for some noise at times. |
