“ Firstly all the staffs( reception, waiters, housekeepers...) are very helpfull, smiley and professional. The room and bathroom always clean and sanitized every day. The furnitures are looks old but they seems othantic. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Location of hotel is good and near too many centers. ”

Location. And the helpful front desk lady who found us a different room as I specifically booked a room with two beds online, but that is not what it really was. Sensor on the balcony door that shuts the air conditioner off when it is open because there is nothing on the outside of the balcony door that allows you to pull the door closed. So the ac is off any time you are outside. :(

Firstly all the staffs( reception, waiters, housekeepers...) are very helpfull, smiley and professional. The room and bathroom always clean and sanitized every day. The furnitures are looks old but they seems othantic. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Location of hotel is good and near too many centers. There is a bakery, 4-5 markets and restaruants about 100 meter. There are too many options for this otel e.g wifi, free rent a bike,if you want you can use the metropol hotels indoor and outdoor swimming pools and beach, also you can enter free to grand casino portoroz which is the biggest one, spa and relaxing center. etc... Sea view rooms are so good. There is a nice sightseeing from your balcony. Breakfasts are good and enough, i think. This otel is the chepest and best one with its class. Thats one word. Here is perfect. If i come back to Portoroz i will stay here again. P.S. If you go there you should be attend biking tours. Bicycle roads are fantastic within nature and very peacefull.

Visto il poco afflusso sia colazione che cena ci sono state assegnate al Metropol (5 stelle). L'arredo e gi infissi sono un pò datati per un 4 stelle.

Mi-a placut amplasamentul , micul dejun foarte bogat , cina servita la hotelul Metropol de 5 stele (de care apartine si hotelul Roza ) o masa extrem de diversificata . In fiecare seara au fost alte preparate culinare (bufet) si toate foarte bune. Mi-a placut faptul ca a fost schimbata lenjeria si prosoapele zilnic. Am avut acces gratuit la piscinele ,bazinul de inot , fitnes etc. de la hotelul Metropol care este in imediata apropiere. Personalul foarte amabil. La sosire camera mea nu a fost prea curata (facind reclamatii la receptie in acest sens).Nu mi-a placut ca ni sa cerut sa platim tot sejurul la sosire (fara ca sa ne arate macar camerele) , pe motiv ca unii turisti nu mai au bani pe card la plecare.Apoi problema parcarii care este cam complicata , cu card si garantie pentru card , garajul nu este linga hotel si este contra cost.Dezinformare referitoare la plaja propie a hotelului. Pe site se mentioneaza ca hotelul are plaja ;dar in realitate nu are.

В отеле можно бесплатно (под залог) взять велосипед для прогулок по ближайшим городам или покататься вдоль моря Нет своего ресторана, на ужин кто хочет должен идти в соседний отель и цена за номер завышена примерно в 2 раза ( по сравнению с отелями такого же уровня в Европе), наверное потому что это морской курорт

Leider schlecht, wir haben uns beim Receptionisten beschwert das unsere Zimmer nicht sauber ist(Badezimmer dreckig und Haare überall, Zimmerboden war sehr dreckig, am Balkon überall Flecken), aber er sagte uns dass die Zimmermädchen schön erledigt haben. Wir hatten Babbybett bestellt aber es war nicht im Zimmer erst nach unsere nachfrage wurde ein Kinderbett einfach reingeschoben und zwischen unseren Bett und Tv hingestellt und weg zum Balkon versperrt. Sehr schlechte erfahrung,nie wieder!! Strava ideálna, možnosť garážovania v krytých priestoroch priamo pod budovou hotela, blízkosť pláží. vyžadovanie platby ihneď po príchode na recepciu hotela,neprehľadné označenie výťahov ku garážam resp. do iných hotelov, ubytovaný som bol na severnej strane hotela- veľká hlučnosť hlavne v noci- blízkosť zábavných podnikov.

Vernieuwde grote badkamer en alle kamers met balkon waar het 's avonds aangenaam zitten is, vooral als men roker is.Lekker en goedkoop avondeten in buffetvorm.Zeer ruime afgesloten parking, men moet niet bang zijn om geen plaats op de parking te vinden. Het hotel is wat van het centrum verwijderd, maar langs de boulevard beneden zijn er toch enkele drankgelegenheden en restaurants.

Majhen hotel s prijetno zajtrkovalnico. Hotel je okusno opremljen, predvsem pa lepo vzdrževan. Osebje OK, morda malo več osebnega stika. Na recepciji je tega osebnega stika več, pri zajtrku pa je čutiti, da je osebje vzgojeno še v socializmu. Priporočam več topline in prijaznih nasmehov, nihče mi pri zajtrku ni zaželel dober tek. sem strnila že v prejšnjem komentarju

Čistoća na zavidnom nivou, osoblje ljubazno i uvek spremno da pomogne i odgovori na svako pitanje. Generalni utisci su takvi da ćemo razmišljati o ponovnom dolasku u Rožu. Bilo bi dobro da su sapuni i šamponi u sobama malo boljeg kvaliteta.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, tolle Lage (in ca. 5 Gehminuten ist man an der Strandpromenande), gutes Frühstück, freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick - das war die paar Euro Aufpreis auf jeden Fall wert. üBer Geschmack läßt sich streiten - wer ein Designhotel oder viel Luxus erwartet ist hier fehl am Platz. Der Frühstückraum war immer sehr überfüllt, wobei die MitarbeiterInnen stets sehr bemüht waren, rasch alles auf-/nachufüllen.

Netter empfang,tolles frühstück was das hez begehrt,nicht weit zum meer,gratis liegen u schirme am pool im neben hotel,wir hatten zimmern in der 4etage mit blick aufs meer,einfach toll. Wir waren mit sohn u freundin die waren begeistert,wir kommen wieder. Der frühstücksraum ist ein wenig zu klein geraten sehr eng wenn mann drausen keinen platz ergattert dufür das servize super.

Kedvesek voltak, a szobák és a szálloda igényes, tiszta volt, a személyzet tudott angolul, így a kommunikációval sem volt semmi fennakadás. 3 csillagosnak hirdették, de volt az 4* is! Sőt a vacsora egy 50 méterre lévő (ugyanazon cég által üzemeltetett) 5*-os szálloda éttermében volt (fedett folyóson lehetett átmenni). A svédasztal választéka elismerésre méltó volt. Maximálisan elégedettek voltunk! Ár-érték arány nagyon jó!

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Zimmer ok, alles vorhanden, super Frühstücksbuffet, Abendessen (in Buffetform) im Grandhotel sehr gut - für diesen Preis auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.
