A bed for children is very hard.the supper hadn't many choise for children.
Very good location and helpful staff. Dinner was very good (half board in hotel Metropol).
Breakfast room was small and narrow and food was very basic. Cleaning of the room (wall-to-wall carpet) wasn't good enough.
Staff is nice
Hotel needs to be renovated!
Position of hotel is very nice . Staff is very nice, specialy girls who clean the room .
Very sales oriented , without soul,Roza try to be Metropol , and to sell evrything for some Euros , what is not good.
Nice view from hotel Many fresh fruits to breakfast and dinner.
You musi extra pay for : Wi-Fi in the room Dekchairs on the swimming pool Parking Beach is total disaster
Hotel is super located. Staff is really good and helpful. Food was excellent, breakfast and especially dinner at 5star hotel near by. Furniture in room is old style but for me was ok. Balcony is super and sitting on it was so relaxing. Bathroom was really good and it was super clean. Our room was cleaned every day. Thay changed sheets every day and our towels also. Wifi is free in hotel lobby and in room you need to pay 2 € per night. I payed it and wifi was really good. In room you have minibar with drinks and normal price. You also have safe in room and it's free of charge. Hotel has swimming pools on the beach and it's free of charge but you need to pay for sunbeds and parasols. 2 sunbeds and 1 parasol costs 15€. This hotel was good value for the money and I recommend it to all. Everything is near by.
Furniture and rugs are a little bit old and it would be good to change them in recent future.
The bathroom is modern and really spacious. Our room had a lovely sea view and it was great that we could eat a buffet dinner and freely use the facilities of the 5-star hotel opposite Hotel Roza. It has easy access and is within easy walking distance to the sea, restaurants and shops.
The bedroom has old-fashioned furnishings and is a bit small (not enough space to put one's suitcase). The TV is also old-fashioned and only has programmes in Slovenien. It would be a good idea to put some cushions on the balcony chairs. The breakfast room is very cramped, which makes it difficult to move around.
Good value for money, if travelling as a bigger group. Dinner in hotel Metropol, very fine. Big inside swimming pool. Good location on the hill, above the noise promenade, half-way to Marina and to the sandy beach.
A bit "out-of-date" furniture", really just a 3* hotel, so do not expect more. I you require comfort, stay in Metropol hotel with higher fees.
- sea view - staff - good food
- small breakfast room for so many guests - no free parking - no free internet in the room
Everything was great
nothing at all
Location is uphill but is still near centre. Parking is not free.
rooms were clean, underground parking is good, breakfast good, dinner at 5* hotel Metropol were also good, we were safisfied
on the booking was that facilities on the pool are included but you need to pay for umbrella and for deck chair either
cozy room, comfortable bed
at check-out the receptionist wanted me to pay for minibar, although we didn't consume anything. When we arrived to the hotel we took out 3 drinks from the fridge and put some yogurts into it. When we checked out we put everything back to the fridge. I told it to the receptionist, but she still insisted on paying, because "she can't sell the Coke and the mineral water anymore to any guest". WTF?! After some minutes of negotiating she graciously retreated and warned me not to do that next time...WTF again?!
Balcony, breakfast and sea view. Garage is impressive and under complete hotel/casino complex.
Supply truck noise early in the morning under balcony. That why that was not city break more like sleep break.
the facilities (fitness) are not included in the price and also open only after 9 a.m. - who is the customer and who the one who should be serving in this guest-hotel relationship??
