The staff was very accommodating and took care of all the reservations we required. There was a bad stench coming from the bathroom at certain times of the day. Problems with sewer? |

Sehr schönes, grosses, super modern eingerichtetes Zimmer. Das ganze Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Gratis parken in der Tiefgarage. |

Der Wellnessbereich ist zwar sehr klein und kann nur gegen Aufpreis benutzt werden, dafür aber sehr entspannend. Das Bad wurde nicht sauber geputzt. Es war klar erkennbar, dass das WC nicht gewischt wurde. Die Wand- und Bodenfliesen waren überall mit alten eingetrockneten Wasserflecken versehen. -> Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel nicht in Ordnung. Das Frühstücksbuffet war bereits um 9 Uhr kalt, Geschirr musste in Küche erfragt werden. Service an der Rezeption nicht sehr freundlich. |

Suite pulita, spaziosa e confortevole. Dotata di Jacuzzi e Tv al plasma 42". Colazione abbondante e di qualità. E' necessario avere l'auto per gli spostamenti da e per l'hotel. Alla reception hanno fatto finta di non sapere che la camera che avevo prenotato fosse una suite, assegnandomi una camera normale. Ma dopo che ho verificato, entrando nella camera, che non fosse quella che avevo prenotato, sono andato a protestare e mi hanno assegnato la suite. |
