The 4-bedded rooms have bunk beds and twin rooms have 2 single beds which can be pushed together upon request. Most of the rooms are equipped with a TV and a fridge and have a private bathroom with shower and toilet.

Apart from a very practical location in the vicinity of 3 coastal towns (Koper, Izola and Piran), Korte also offers tranquillity and nature in the genuine Istrian countryside.

Stara Sola Korte also offers interesting programmes and excursions - you can participate in sports activities as well as culinary and historical activities like visits to a local wine cellar or a typical farm.

They leave a note saying "Out for 15 minutes" but its lie, they live in town offsite and you must call. They weren't there when we arrived or when we left, during there small window of designated hours, rediculous.	6.5

Drive down is fabulous; can be difficult to find, but ask as the people are friendly. Air conditioning didn't work, but I suspect it was shut off as the mountain air was crisp. Breakfast was a bit of a mystery; I paid breakfast in the beginning, but didn't get much. This is a super spot; out of the way in a village (Korte). Great people. Super clean. Comfortable. I liked it all. Suggest that towels be provided.	10
