Hotel stuff, specious room (DeLuxe Suite), quiet environment. Suite room has cold floor (ceramic tiles instead of carpet or parquet), strong smell from air conditioning, service was not as described on booking.com, E.G. DeLuxe Suite should have video and audio entertainment but it doesn't although room is more expensive than "normal" Suite, breakfast + dinner was advertised as 15€ but it was 16,5€ - hotel stuff informed me that they contacted booking.com but it needs more than 3 weeks to modify information :(

The hotel was new and refreshing.Ivan who was running the place was very amenable and knew how to deal with my elderly parents. We will definitely be staying here again. The location was excellent it being on the other side of the road from the central part of Kranjska Gora. Breakfast was lacking a little and Ivan is fully aware and will be investing in 2 toasters for English guests. Variety of what was on offer needed to improve by 20%. Once this is done it will be perfect!

Situated in a lovely little mountain village, sufficiently outside of village to be serene and quiet. Hotel staff is minimal. We had a beautiful one bedroom suite -- with no windows in the bedroom (there were two skylights that did open for fresh air). Given that we were staying at the base of the mountains, it was a bit disappointing not to wake up and look at them. There are rooms with balcony's, which must have fabulous views. I don't know if there are suites with views.

Good location, clean rooms, friendly staff The rooms are very minimal design. No carpet on corridors (noisy). WIFI signal is weak so the connection is questionable sometimes. Breakfast is quite basic though sufficient.

Ruim appartement met balkon en uitzicht op de bergen. Rustige ligging met veel gratis parkeerplaatsen. Verwarmde ruimte om skispullen te bewaren. Gratis shuttlebus naar de skipiste. Prima bedden. Twee tv's. Keuken met combimagnetron. Ontbijt ok. We mochten zonder bijbetaling later uitchecken. . De gordijnen waren te smal zodat het 's morgens vroeg licht werd in de kamer. Te weinig warm water en onhandige douchekop. Stukje lopen naar de skipiste.

Шикарный вид на горы, недалеко от лыжных трасс (1,5 км), место для парковки,нелохой wifi, наличие небольшой кухни в апартаментах со всем необходимым,приветливый персонал. Отсутствие стиралки и посудомойки, стирать одежду проблема. уборка номеров средняя и время уборки слишком раннее (к нам уборщица приходить пыталась в 9:00) полы-плитка (не очень тепло, без тапочек зимой не приятно).Завтраки платные - не пользовались не скажу ( проще все купить в маркете рядом и готовить самим)

Prekrasan moderan hotel vrhunskoga dizajna,"pametne" sobe, vodi se računa o uštedi energije, sve čisto I uredno, ugodni kreveti I topli(prilagođen zimi) popluni. Prilagođeno je I za invalide jer su svuda rampe a također I lift. Budući da smo bili na skijanju važno nam je bilo imati odlagalište za ski opremu što I postoji. Ispred hotela je nogometno igralište koje je bilo prekriveno snijegom ,a uz njega šuma,te smo uživali u tišin . Osoblje malobrojno ali vrijedno I ljubazno.Piće dobrodošlice u prekrasnom predvorju gdje se može provoditi I vrijeme u društvu, gledati tv ,kartati, a djeca se mogu poigrati.Do skijališta je potreban prijevoz( iako nije daleko sa opremom je nemoguće ići pješke).Odličan I uredan parking. Za one koji dolaze skijati predaleko je da bi pješačil -dakle, potreban je prijevoz (ponudili su nam I to ali nije bilo potrebno jer smo došli autom). Spremište za skije je sigurno ,ali izvana,pa pancerice morate nositi u sobu jer će inače biti ledene. Sa grijanjem se postupa štedno- toplo je I ugodno,ali postoji samo jedan radijator(u kupatilu) pa tamo morate organizirati sušenje svega što ste smočili I uznojili),a ponekada morate zamoliti da se radijator upali(odmah reagiraju I u čas je toplo).Postoji skriveni bojler,pa nema tople vode koliko želite,već morate paziti da ostane svima).Nema pećnice(rerne)već mikrovalna, premalo pribora za jelo I kuhinju morate očistiti!!!

Non troppo lontano dalle piste, dispone di una sauna, parlano anche un po di italiano, disguido per la prenotazione della cena ma hanno rimborsato senza problemi, riscaldamento a pavimento. Cena a menù fisso, non c'è stata la pulizia della camera tra un giorno e l'altro.

Pächter und Eltern bemühten sich ( seit einem Jahr). Hotel, 4. Pächter in 5 Jahren, vermittelte über die Einrichtung und Innenarchitektur eine kalte und unpersönliche Atmosphäre. Ein Haus am falschen Ort. Falsches Konzept. Nur wenige Gäste. Das in der Werbung angeführte Restaurant war geschlossen. Am 7. Tag reisten wir vorzeitig ab.
