フロントの人はみんな英語ができて、親切でした。 駐車場がホテルからかなり遠かった。sea viewの部屋を予約したが、建物に隠れて海はそれほどは見えなかった。 |

ロケーションはピランの町中心のタルティーニエフ広場にあり最高の場所。ただし夏だからかバカンス客と地元の人たちが遅くまで広場でくつろいでいて、早い時間にホテルで休みたい人にとっては騒がしいかも。 バスタブにシャワーカーテンがついていないのと、排水機能が弱いのかシャワー利用時にバスルーム床にある排水溝から水が逆行してきて、どうしてもシャワーの後、バスルームの床がびしょ濡れになる点だけが不満だった。 |

スタッフはよくしゃべる気さくな人でした。部屋は清潔でした。朝食もおいしかったです。 パーキングが遠いのが難点でしょうか。また朝食の開始時間が8時で少し遅い感じがしました。 |

チェックインの時にはなかったんですが、夜バスルームの天井のかべの粉が落ちてきていて、シャワールームが破片で粉々になっていました。 夜中にも関わらず部屋の変更をお願いしたら変えてくれました。 シングルからツインへの変更だったのでその後は快適でした。 天井も何の問題もありませんでした。 立地、施設共に快適でした。朝食も充実していました。 |

The location was fantastic -- right on the square in Piran. Our room looked out onto the square and the Piran castle. The breakfast buffet was great -- the best we had during our five-week trip in Easter Europe. |

Extremely pleasant, helpful desk staff. Excellent location. Rooms serviced early in the day. The first room that we were given had a nasty whiff of drains/mouldyness. We were immediatly allocated another, which in fact was an upgrade, this room was fine although it was not cleaned very thoroughly during our stay. The beds do not have mattress protectors. The breakfast, while it had a good selection of food, was of rather ordinary quality. |
