Mycket vänlig personal. Centralt läge vid stadens torg. Nära till gatan vid stranden, dvs till bad i havet, och tlll restauranger. Nej |

Servicen var utmärkt. Jag kunde t.o.m parkera min motorcykel i ett sidorum till hotellfoajén. Läget är fantastiskt, mitt i centrum med solnedgång i havet och utsikt över den lilla fiske- och småbåtshamnen. Även matsalen är mycket ljus och trevlig med god frukostbuffé. Nej! |

Mycket vänlig och serviceinriktad personal som hjälpte till på alla upptänkliga sätt. Utmärkt läge vid torget. Mindre bra var att frukosten började först 07.30, vilket gjorde det svårt att hinna till konferensen på Grand Hotel Bernardin |

All staff we encountered were very impressively friendly and helpful. They were ready to make exceptions from rules to find a solution for us. Interior design a bit outdated, but the location makes it all up.. |

Helpful desk staff, good breakfast, good location, lovely town, good shower Parking was awkward. The room on the square side was disturbed by the noise of the bells all night |

Beautiful hotel and room although single room was small; location is perfect -town square on one side and small harbor on the other; friendly and helpful staff; good breakfast Parking is a big problem unless they tell you about the free shuttle; parking lot is approximately 1 mile from hotel and staff forgot to mention that a shuttle stop is right in the lot |

Location and breakfasts. My room was in the front of the hotel that opened onto the town's square. Very noisy. |

The position of the hotel..in the very centre of Piran...windows looking over the main square. Yes..my reservation was for a sea side room for all my family and i got 2 double rooms instead and was charged for 2 double rooms which was different from what i had reserved. |

The location was great. The room and bathroom were not very clean, the carpet badly needed hoovering, there were holes in pillow cases and towels. Therefore the hotel is expensive for what you get. |

The staff on the front desk were all extremely friendly and always made enquiries re how we were enjoying our holiday. All other staff we came into contact with had smiles on their faces and appeared friendly too. |

The reception staff were very friendly and the hotel is in a nice location overlooking the main square. The town of Piran is lovely. We enjoyed our stay! |

Really comfortable bed, good sized room with great views over the square. Great shower. Liked the roof-top cocktail bar with views over the square and over the harbour. Curious art-deco furniture in room. |

perfect for a short city trip and for enjoing the maritime atmosphere. Perfectly locatet on the center place with nice cafes and restaurants furniture looked a little bit old and old fashioned |

situated in the heart of town, opposite small maritime port, greaat starting point for pedestrians; architecture of the hotel blends with the neighbouring building structure, one feels like being "at home" there breakfast buffet is more of the short size |
