Great views of Lake Bled from a hillside location overlooking the lake in Slovenia - from the rooms, the restaurant and the wine cellar. Excellent restaurant and local wine selection. Friendly, competent and helpful staff. Great walking paths. A really good value and well worth the stay.

Google map directions were incorrect. Had trouble finding it because it was dark and the distances given in the directions were incorrect.

Very good hotel with nice views to the lake and island. Tasty breakfast with some local food to choose from as well. Hotel is situated in a calm part of lake Bled.

Beautiful location,super accommodating staff. Safe area with glorious walks around the lake. Delicious food at the hotel's restaurant.We have stayed twice and would love to return again. It is an idyllic spot!

The double bed(made up of two singles) slid apart,perhaps I should have mentioned it. I am sure they would have tried to resolve it.

Wonderful staff, fabulous food, amazing view

The view from the hotel is amazing. Many visitors to Lake Bled make the arduous hike up a narrow, steep path to catch a fleeting glimpse of the famed island in the lake. From hotel Trglav, you can enjoy that view from the comfort of you balcony. Getting to the hotel isn't too hard. The location is far from the hustle of Bled, and that is a good thing. The best surprise was the restaurant. The food, expertly paired with local wines was first-rate and the best food we had on our trip.

The reception staff went beyond duties to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The decor in the bedrooms wais a little bit old world with inadequate lighting, but the electronics were very modern in the common areas. Hotel is in a beautiful setting.

It was a little difficult to locate as it was above town and lake.

The view from our double superior room was incredible. The balcony was large. The bathroom was pretty small. Breakfast was very good and dinner was superb. The waiters really know the wine list and that was very helpful since we had never visited Slovenia before. We will visit again.

We liked everything about the Hotel Triglav! The location could not be beat and our room had a wonderful view of Lake Bled. The staff was extremely helpful and our room was spacious and very clean. Dinner at the beautiful restaurant was the best we had during our entire trip to Slovenia and highly recommend eating at the hotel restaurant!!

Fantastic view and location for lake bled. Staff very helpful. Beds are hard but slept well. Restaurant food was surprisingly good. Swimming pool and sauna were an added bonus after a hard days walking. Would definitely recommend staying here especially if you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of all the tourists who stay at the town end of the lake. Free car park too.

Staff were friendly willing to offer advice with regards to local attractions and activities. Dining was an experience to behold. Wonderful creations with experienced staff to explain ingredients in dishes and wines which would be an excellent accompaniment for the courses

The view is wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially Marcella, who was a wealth of information and help. The setting, outside the city, but close enough to be easily reached, is a real plus. It is most relaxing and quiet. They also did a great job on the laundry!

Hotel Triglav is excellent, the only thing lacking is and outside terrace for breakfats, this would be difficult to suppyl giving the location .

The room had astonishing views to the lake and chapel. The hotel location is great to get a calm atmosphere while enjoying the magnificent lake Bled. The indoor swimming pool with views to the lake. Room size is reasonable for a hotel of this category and I appreciated the furniture and carpets in it. The terrace with views to the lake is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of tea or even breakfast. Hotel Triglav is one of the best hotels in Bled without doubt.

Beautiful location, excellent breakfast, wonderful staff who spoke our language, comfortable beds and linen.Wifi was good and the computer downstairs was good also.

We didnt have enough toilet paper for 2 nights and I needed to ask for some. we didnt have any hand soap in our room and I needed to ask for some. There was an old sock on the floor near the cupboard.

Nice location with pretty views of Lake Bled and the Island cathedral. Definitely need a car and if you are up to walking like us, the stroll into town along the lake is great and takes about 20-30min of brisk walking. Must try the great seafood place along the lakefront. Many thanks to Jure from the front desk for his painstaking explanation and introduction to great food in town.

- Reception staff (only the first one) not too much friendly. - Limited parking places, although there is a lot of places in front of hotel in a quiet zone
