Tourist Farm Zelinc is located in the village Straža and surrounded by hills. The farmhouse offers fresh home-grown fruits and vegetables, dairy products and meats. An outdoor swimming pool is free for use during the summer. Rooms at the Zelinc Farm offer a seating area with a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. They overlook the garden and mountains and some of them have a balcony. A sauna and a hot tub are available for all guests. Massages can be ordered for an additional charge and special diet menus are available upon request. The Zelinc is situated right next to the confluence of the rivers Idrijca and Cerknica and offers numerous fishing opportunities. Guests can also enjoy hiking in the nearby hills. The centre of Cerkno is 4 km away. There, guests can find a market and stores. The second biggest mercury mine in Europe, located in Idrija, is 15 km away. Cerkno Ski Resort is reachable within 10 km. The nearest bus stop is 200 metres from the farmhouse, while a train station is 25 km away. Ljubljana Airport is 65 km from the property. We loved our stay at zelinic. we got room # 7 which is a nice private room with a small kitchen. It was an upgrade because we booked a b&b. It had a nice view of the hills and the veggie garden. with a wonderful balkoni.the staff was fantastic. They gave us really good tips on where to go including letting us use their topographic maps of the area. We highly appriciate that. Breakfast was nice and filling. We came at the end of the season. End of August. They have a very nice vegetable garden. We are vegetarians. The lettuce was very bitter and could be that it was due to the end of the summer. I heared their food is wonderful. But, if you are a vegetarian and come at the end of the summer, it is not recomended to eat dinner..

Really excellent accomodation and the food was brilliant. Staff very helpful. Great location for mountain hiking. Hike to top of ski centre just 15 mins above cerkno by car, great restaurant at top and superb views. Faultless

La nourriture est vraiment excellente. L'endroit est bien pour faire de la randonnée La chambre que nous avons eu était vieille et très petite. Il n'y avait aucune vue de la fenêtre à cause de l'avant toit...

osoblje je jako ljubazno, fleksibilni su i sve smo se uspjeli s njima dogovoriti što je bilo izvan dogovorene usluge. Sve je bilo super, jedino sam očekivala svježi domaći kruh na doručku (kako je i navedeno u njihovoj brošuri).
