Das Personal war sehr freundlich, in sehr ruhiger und landschaftlich schöner Lage gelegenes Hotel, die Nutzbarkeit der verschiedenen Anlagen. Etwas in die Jahre gekommene Austattung, ist ein wenig Modernisierungsbedürftig

Il centro benessere Zala è molto bello. Per chi ama la sauna è il posto ideale. Troppa confusione, troppa gente, troppi bambini. L'area self service per cena, colazione, ecc. era un po' impraticabile per l'affollamento.

Super Lage, direkt im Thermengelände Zu hoher Preis. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist bereits sehr verschlissen. Sehr hoher Preis im a la Carte Restaurant bei mangelhaftem Angebot. Mann sollte unbedinkt das Angebot von 10,-€ p.P. für die Nutzung des Abendessen-Buffet annehmen.
