Quiet location, easy bus access to city centre. Staff were very attentive and eager to ensure stay was pleasant.

I did not appreciate being told on check out that we had to pay cash, as their credit card machine was broken (and had been for some time). I booked using a credit card as guarantee and instructions were that this card should be used to pay. To be told this as we were checking out is not good enough, as we could and should have been informed much earlier to ensure we had sufficient cash for our onward journey. We managed to pool enough cash to just about pay the bill, but were left totally out of cash on our last morning, with barely enough to pay for the bus fares into the city centre (ie unable to take a taxi) - fortunately we found an autobank close to the train station, although this meant we had to delay our departure by 3 hours, as the available train timetable was then too tight, given the delays due to pooling cash, catching bus instead of taxi etc. A little forward thought by the hotel would have saved us the frustration of losing a full half day in our second destination.

Odlican hotel na lijepoj lokaciji. Automobilom ste za par minuta na ski stazi dok za 5 do 10 min.u gradu. Ima odlicnu uslugu, veoma jednostavan, povoljan i sa super grijanjem. Za osoblje posebna pohvala. Topla preporuka.

Avevo bisogno di un albergo a Maribor per far tappa durante il viaggio verso Budapest con parcheggio sicuro per la mia moto; requisiti effettivamente trovati. L'albergo si trova ad alcuni km dal centro ma non è difficilissimo da trovare anche senza navigatore; arrivando dall'autostrada, non si deve oltrepassare la Drava, svoltando verso sinistra.

L'albergatore, peraltro molto gentile e sorridente, ha preferito il pagamento di in contanti, dicendo che in quel momento c'era poca linea telefonica...!!!

Hotel je v klidném mistě a lze si zde báječně po cestě odpočinout.
