leaving got our online booking wrong. Cost of the room. No air conditioning.Street too noisy to leave window open. No clear initial help/guidance as to where precisely room was ,and no help offrerred with heavy bags.Suitcases got spoilt when lifted from car to grass verge, as it was unaccountably wet and muddy. Sons sofa bed was broken so he had to sleep on the floor. etc etc |

Location between Portoroz and Piran, breakfast Beach & seaside not clean (water grass not cleaned well), no furniture at the rooms terrace (told reason: the thiefs), ants walking in the bathroom, bad lack of parking lots, hotel staff tired |

ok hotel as a resort type for family/retired couples, as a young lone traveller I would probably go elsewhere next time... Good location though, closer to Piran town as any of the other Portoroz hotels. couple of encounters with cockroaches in my room |

nous avons apprécié son calme, la propreté de la chambre le manque de comodité pour les personnes agées, beaucoup d'escaliers pas d'assenceur, le manque d'animations, le bulletin météo le matin vu que les vacanciers ne comprennent pas tous la langue du pays. |

Az elhelyezkedés (Piran és Portoroz is sétatávolságra), széles választék a reggelinél, tisztaság a hotelben. (The location is its biggest advantage as lies at walking distance from both Piran and Portoroz, breakfast was also good, clean hotel.) Nincs légkondicionálás, rovarok jelentek meg a szobában, a tengeri kilátást egy másik hotel takarja. Hűtő nincs a szobában, csak napok múlva hoztak, napi öt euró pluszköltségért. (No air-conditioning, insects appeared in the room, the sea view was mostly blocked by another hotel. No fridge in the room, it was brought to the room days later for 5Euros extra fee a day.) |

Lage zwischen Portoroz und Piran, beiden sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Komplex indem sich die Zimmer befinden; Laguna Bernardin ist ein künstlich angelegte Anlage: Restaurant, Pub, Café, Shops... Wertsachen und Dokumente unbedingt in Safe an der Rezeption verstauen. |

- die Lage, die Infrastruktur, die Anlage mit niedrigen Gebäuden Das Essen im Histrion entspricht nicht dem, was ich von einem 4* Hotel gewöhnt bin. Die Speisen schmecken alle sehr "neutral" und an mehreren Tagen kommt dasselbe Gericht auf den Tisch, so findet sich beispielsweise die Vorspeise des Abendessens am nächsten Tag beim Frühstück wieder oder kehrt neuerlich als Vorspeise beim nächsten Abend wieder. |

La vicinanza al mare e alle vicine Portorose e Pirano; I ristoranti/bar a disposizione nel "complesso". Raccomando questo hotel a persone che non hanno comunque grosse pretese in fatto di "bellezza" delle strutture e comodità "logistica", parlo anche e soprattutto a famiglie con figli. Nota dolente sicuramente il gran caldo nelle camere, se non avessimo avuto il ventilatore non saremmo riusciti a chiudere occhio la notte. |

das Meer und die Landschaft überhaupt sind wunderschön, das Personal freundlich und durchwegs mehrsprachig, das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, das Zimmer sehr schön (inkl. Bad), das Schwimmbad mit Meerwasser ist riesig, verfügt über zahlreiche Whirlpools die Zimmer in Richtung Einkaufspassage sind extrem laut, weil die ganze Nacht über Mopeds durch die Anlage fahren dürfen - was sie auch tun!!! |

purtroppo, con grande dispiacere devo dire che non mi sono trovata affatto bene. mancava l'aria condizionata e si moriva di caldo, la camera non era pulita, non mi hanno cambiato le lenzuola sporche che io avevo gettato per terra, anzi, le hanno raccolte e rimesse nel letto, inlotre il parcheggio è stato un gran problema |

die Einbettung in die gesamte Anlage war schön. Die Mitbenutzung des Indoor-Pools des 4-Stern-Hotels ein Vorteil. Vor 24h keine Ruhe, viel Lärm von a) direkten Veranstaltungen im Ressort und b) von Protoroz, Schlafen war unmöglich. Aus diesem Grund sind wir vorzeitig abgereist. |

Nicht überlaufen. Keine Strandverkäufer. Warmes, sauberes Meerwasser. Es gibt keinen Strand. Hier wird als Strand alles was die Grenze zum Meer darstellt bezeichnet. Es ist meistens ein betonierter Kai. Zugang zum Wasser nur über Treppe und Leiter. Für kleine Kinder nicht geeignet. |

Удачно расположен - рядом Порторож и Пиран - можно дойти пешком. Удобно и разумно постороенный комплекс. Хороший выбор ресторанчиков на территории отеля. Необходимы кондиционеры. |
