Friendly staff.

The location is not so great as it is on a steep hill, but it is relatively close to the sea. There is no breakfast + the rooms are quite small and cramped. There is no space to put your baggage. The walls are also very thin so you can here everthing around you. The seaview claimed is not really that big plus one terasse is shared by 3 rooms (no privacy). And the personnel is often away, so you have to ring them and wait in order to get information.

Very comfortable apartment with outstanding view on seaside, staff was very helpful and all issues was resolved in short time. Location is near to the beach (about 5 min walk), but it is on the hill so if you don't mind some exercise after great dinner in local fish restaurant this is the place for you :)

Really great! - Free parking - Room with terrace and view of the sea and beach - Clean - Friendly host - Piran can be reached by bus in 10 minutes, bus station is not far away, I guess even by foot on a nice sunny day.

A little tricky to find the parking place in the dark, but not really a big problem. Be careful when leaving the room, the door closes automatically so you get stuck outside. The receptionist told us it's common and opened the door for us :)

The coordinates given on the web site are wrong! the place is impossibly hard to to find, especially if you arrive in the dark. Also the address refers to the coordinates which place the hotel at the bottom of a very very steep hill, which you cannot access by car.

I liked the location of the hotel, the room view was really stuning.

Friendly staff, nice, clean appartements with good size balconies with great bay/beach-sea-view (great sunsets). Free parking. appartement "Monroe" for 70 € f.e. with comftable bed, big flat-TV (20 programmes, icl. german RTL and english programmes), small kitchen, clean bathroom,spacious balcony. Walk to the center is only 5 Minutes, but the way is very steeply, so we used the car to come in 2 min. to the beaches, promenade etc. Very good parking everywhere.

Location, view, rooms, bathrooms ... just excellent

Well designed - fitting a fully equipped appartment into a villa on a hillside and still with plenty of facility and space. Clost to shoreline. Very nice lounge and terrace/pool area - was quiet but probably because we were late season. Good price for what we got.

No kettle - essential for Brit'S. Could have done with a couple of soft furnished chairs to watch tv from. Grill/oven would have made the place better for appartment living.

Friendly host, let us in 5 hours before check in. Spectacular views, swimming pool, sauna, got everything for comfortable and pleasant stay.

I stayed with my elderly parents. Villa is up on the hill, to go down to the centre of the city and beach 3- 4 min, to climb up - 15 min and not easy at all for the eldery people. They could managed only once a day.

The appartment has very nice view of the bay. Fully equippped, clean, quiet. Fast check-in. Good locations for many trips.

Difficult and steep to the center may be for many people the big obstacle, but great workout after a good dinner!

Amazing view from the balkony. Breath-taking view from the sunbeds located in the garden. Perfect location. Pool. Nice room.

Funny smell in the hall (some kind of sweet fragrance we didnt like a single bit). Guests with kids or elders should be aware of the fact that climbing up from the beach to the building worns you out quite a bit.

The view of Portoroz was fantastic and the room was spacious. There was a lovely ambience.

Air conditioning was inadequate for the space and the Wifi did not work in the room. The hot water for showers was intermittent.

Amazing view from the balcony. Very intim area and room. It has a swimming-pool! There is a lot of place for your staff in the room. You have space to dry your things. New big-screen TV!

There is not enough waterpressure in the shower, that why it difficult to have a shower. You can't close the door with your key from the outside, you can only shut it in.
