We were at the hotel only to sleep, from 10pm to 9am. The room was used mainly for sleeping. The breakfast menu was varied and good quality. I expected to have internet in the room, it was on the website. We are away from home and email is our connection to our family and friends. This was a disappointment.

L'accueil, la gentillesse, le calme, la propreté, le confort des chambres, la proximité des thermes3000 et le buffet du petit déjeuner à volonté, varié et copieux. Hôtel à recommander. Nous séjournons dans cet hôtel depuis 5 ans et nous sommes toujours aussi satisfait c'est avec plaisir que nous y retournons

Sehr gute zentrale Lage, guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge oder Thermenbesuch, die Zimmer sind sehr freundlich eingerichtet,sehr sauber und geräumig,Frühstück sehr gut und abwechslungsreich,besonders unser Zimmer im 1. Stock war sehr schön mit Balkon, wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder dieses sehr schöne Hotel buchen!

Vlídná a snaživá obsluha, vynikající snídaně s podílem zeleniny, celkem pohodlný pokoj. Cestovali jsme ve třech (manželé se 14 letým synem), proto jsme objednali přistýlku. To v případě hotelu bylo lehátko tak mizerné, že by se tam nevyspal ani pes a hotel používá pouze taková. Používáme na svých cestách systém přistýlky poměrně často, ale s takovou nekvalitou pomocného lůžka jsem se ještě nesetkal. Druhá věc je umístění hotelu. Adresa hotelu (ulice, kde hotel sídlí), je úplně jinde, než hotel stojí a je tedy nesprávně uvedena. Je třeba se doptat místních obyvatel. Hotel by si měl adresu ve vlsatním zájmu opravit.

Schöne ruhige Zimmerlage. Das einzige was mich gestört hat, im Bad hat es extrem nach jauche gerochen vom Abfluss bzw. vom Gulli!!! Das war sehr unangenehm! Ansonsten war alles ok!
