A vehicle is recommended. There is lots of parking that is not secured however the area is safe and remote therefore this is not an issue. The spa facilities have a great variety and are very reasonably priced. There are 3 main level pools and 2 hot tubs. We couldn't figure out how to use the sauna as it was locked. Change rooms are co-ed but private. Staff make a good effort to keep the facility clean and safe. We were with a large group and most of our rooms were reasonably comfortable however the air conditioning was turned off therefore one of about 8 couples complained their room was too hot and the hallways were a bit warm at times. There is a small gift shop off the main lobby and it sells swim suits at reasonable prices. Cotton robes and disposable slippers were supplied for use at the spa and pools. The pools open at 7 AM for hotel guests and 9 AM for the public. There are many activities each day. To participate in a de-tox program it should be pre booked as there is some diet modifications to be observed prior to de-tox (EG no coffee or alcohol etc.).

Parking is in a large lot about 250 meters from front door. You can drive up to the front door by pushing a button, that is not very obvious, at the barricade and staff will answer immediately by voice and will raise the bar to let you drive up to the door to load and unload. The tap water was not suitable for consumption "due to turbidity" (rains). The mini bar had 4 bottles of water in it at a charge of 1,50 Euro each. No water was supplied at the spas before or after massages and treatments. It is recommended to take your own supply of water to this facility to remain well hydrated at a reasonable price. There are few towels supplied in the rooms and no towels available at the pools. It is recommended to bring your own pool towels. In our opinion and many of the guests we were a group of, the food was not up to standard for a wellness facility. The oil used to prepare the food may have been rancid. In one instant, 3 of us ordered Veal and chopped steak and spam was served as it was late at night and the kitchen ran out of veal steak. Note: the staff arranged for special meals to be prepared to replace the improperly filled orders. Generally, there was a huge variety of food and beverages to choose from at the breakfast, lunch and supper buffets. The upper outdoor pool area was closed. The main level outdoor pool was too cool for our liking. There was no posting as to the mineral content of the water or its source. Wi-fi was free on the main lobby level. No wi-fi in the rooms. Poor access to cell phone signals in the area for some phone types. Blackberry worked fine but iPhone had issues.

Le camere comode pulite accoglienti, zona massaggi vitarium molto rilassante, vista panoramica dalla sala delle colazioni.

I pranzi e le cene, visto che per il nostro soggiorno erano a pagamento, sarebbe stata gradevole una scelta più vasta!
