The hotel was under renovation it caused problems in electricity system ,the air conditionner and the freedge did'nt work well and some lamps where missing in the room , most of the staff was unkind

Electrical socket used for fridge & TV was partly broken away, hanging off the wall and had exposed wires. Breakfast very basic and poor quality. Most staff rather unfriendly. No stairs to room from ground floor - stairway / escape route led to a locked door. No emergency directions in corridors. Net curtain in shower room next to shower hanging off. Lift had no safety mechanism to stop injuries if arm etc trapped in door. Electrical socket outside the room had exposed wires. Air conditioning noisy and potentially dangerous as situated directly over one of the beds.Overall, this hotel does not deserve its 3 star rating or price - this sort of thing (apart from safety matters) is more appropriate for a 1 or 2-star hotel

The food was fantastic even though the entire menu was in Slovenian. We weren't sure what we were eating but it tasted great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The floor we were on was under renovation so the bathroom wasn't fully completed (skirting boards and such) but was being done to a very high standard. Easy to get to from the Bus station.

There are free bikes for all guests which was great as you can ride down the coast to see some other towns. Also location is great, on the same street as the bus/train station and a few minutes from the centre of town.

A little pricey for what it was.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Smakelijke avondmaaltijd (geen kaart, maar konden zelf aangeven waar we trek in hadden).Ontbijt simpel maar verzorgd. Redelijke (gerenoveerde) kamer met kleurige, nette badkamer.

Vrij moeilijk te vinden. Eigenaardige, onprofessionele entree. Personeel weinig stijlvol gekleed. Nogal gedateerd. Waren bezig met renovatie. Onhandig openende deur in badkamer. Airco, welke niet koelde.

Qui a attribué à cet hotel 3 * ? Nous n'avons pas reçu la chambre normale quadruple, mais un bureau (office room) dans lequel quelqu'un a introduit 3 lits. Dans ce local il y avait le vieux fax, la lampe de bureau cassé, les armoires pour classer le dossiers etc. Ce local n'avait pas de porte, mais le porte-vitre comme au bureau et 4 fenetres! La salle de bain c'était la ruine qui sentait les égouts avec le VMC marchait plus fort que le moteur de la voiture. Le petit déj était chimique, car le jus d'orange d'après Vodisek est un mélange d'eau et de poudre (dans le pays où on paye le vrai jus au café 0,5 € c'est un scandal)! A l'accueil le personnel qui pourrait travailler au prison ! Desolé, mais pour 110 € c'est une arnaque !!!!!

In de badkamer ontbrak een douchescherm, het ontbijt was matig

Ilmastointi, toimiva suihku/WC-tila. Alakerran vastaanoton yhteydessä toimivassa ravintolassa (ei varsinainen ruokaravintola) tarjottiin erityisesti meitä varten tehty herkullinen lihalautanen salaatteineen. Siitä erityisesti kiitokset!

Vastaanotossa oli lähtöpäivänä vaikeuksia saada matkatavaroita loppupäiväksi säilytykseen, vaikka siitä oli sovittu edellisenä päivänä. Ikkunat ulvoivat tuulisena päivänä voimakkaasti. Remontista oli pientä haittaa.

La pulizia delle stanze, la struttura dell'hotel, la cordialità del personale, la bontà del cibo e il suo ottimo rapporto con il prezzo, la quantità delle colazioni, la posizione comoda al centro, la comodità del parcheggio, la tranquliità della posizione, l'ampiezza delle stanze e dei bagni.

Nella mia stanza (la 213, ma so che nelle altre non era così) entrava la luce per due motivi: le tende blu che coprono le finestre non sono sufficientemente ampie, e sopra la porta della camera c'è una finestra alta e non oscurabile che al mattino rendeva davvero molto fastidiosa la luce. Ultimo aspetto il fatto che la doccia non avesse protezione attorno e che quindi si bagnasse tutto il bagno.
